I have three children and used to be able to get all of them seen on the same day, but my youngest wasn't on the schedule for some reason this time. I asked and was told the office no longer sees more than 2 children on the same day. This makes things difficult for families with multiple children and is off-putting. It might make some families leave the practice.

This provider helped alleviate concerns that I had considering how I was transferred to this provider. They made me feel comfortable. It was very stressful being transferred to this provider because of a previous provider that left my family hanging with care for my child. So I was very happy that this current provider at Potomac provided easy access to get an appointment, which was major for my child. They made it easy for me to get an appointment and to adjust the schedule to fit my needs. I really appreciated that, considering my child's health and what they needed to get done. I also appreciated the provider that was a good job.

The provider didn't send my daughters asthma prescription to the pharmacy

They gave my daughter two injections, but they didn't put it on the release form that they gave us when we were there.

It was a good one. But, on getting to the pharmacy, I was not able to pick up the prescribed drug, was told it hasn't been sent. I put a call through and it was sorted out.
