I did not have an appointment on this date {3/3/26} i haven't been to this Doctor in 2 years.

I did not see this provider or anyone. I assume someone read the readout of an implanted device but I have received no message about results of the implant.

I think Dr. Shah was one of the best doctors I've ever had. He was very professional. He knew what he was doing and I felt very safe and comfortable in his hands. His nurse was excellent. Everything about the experience went very well. Thank you.

STAFF IS KIND, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

I waited 55 minutes to be taken back to get vitals and then waited about 15 minutes more to be seen.

I am with Woodholme because I like their doctors and staff. The doctors I have are very good and knowledgeable. Most importantly, I am with my doctors there by choice and that should answer any questions.

I felt that I was the only patient to be seen that day. Dr. Shah give me his undivided attention.

Dr Paresh Shah is the best Cardiologist I've ever had. "He talks to me", and he listens to me! If I have questions, he patiently answers them, in terms I understand. I do recommend Dr Shah to anyone in need of his services.

I would just like to say that the entire staff all the way to the doctor were excellent in treating me as a person and a patient. And the only thing I would say, and it's probably due to such a great doctor he is, is that my procedure is scheduled further out than I expected. The visit was scheduled further out than I expected, but I did get a call due to a cancellation, so I got in sooner. So that's the only setback. I guess he's so good that he's got a long line of patients wanting to see him. Other than that, everything was beautiful. Thank you. Have a great day.

I did not have this appointment. I am learning about it only now. I did not have my device checked and did not receive any notifications about this. I am not sure what is the state of my ICD device. I also was charged for this appointment when it did not occur. I was never reached about it after the appointment.

Dr. Shah went over my health history with me. He them described what he felt needed to be done and I agreed with his findings. I met with his scheduler to set a date. I was given a very thorough written explanation of pre op and post op instructions.

Dr. Shah is outstanding and has a great personality and manner. I wish I could use him always as my cardiologist.

They had a crappy office. The staff didn't even know what medical devices they had and what they didn't have. It wasn't their regular office and they just seemed to be very unprepared.

The staff was polite and communicated well with me. I had seen Dr. Shah 13 + years ago, but I needed to change physicians due to health care benefits at the time. Dr. Shah was highly recommended to me, and I was very satisfied with my visit with him.

Just having trouble getting surgery scheduled been playing phone tag When they call to schedule they should leave message with dates so we don't have to play phone tag for days

I waited an hour before seeing the physician. I'm assuming there was a very good reason for this and is not typical. Everything else went very well!

This was the worst doctor visit I have ever had. I felt that I knew more about orthostatic hypotension than the doctor. It was a complete waste of time. He didn't ask about my history of my prior treatments or anything, and was not at all interested in the recommendations of my primary care provider who referred me. I can't believe I took the day off of work and drove all the way to Westminster for that horrible appointment. I guess it's back to the drawing board to find a new doctor. This one was useless.

Just a great experience

My experience was made easier due to the staff, nurses, etc at Sinai. My entry nurse Toni was very attentive and helpful. The nurses that assisted Dr. Shah helped me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Shah was professional and attentive along with the anestheologist Monica. Her call to me the night before the procedure made me feel comfortable, she answered my questions, walked me through the process and put me at ease.

I really appreciated the accessibility in this office. There were sturdy chairs with and without arms, plenty of space to maneuver around and there was a very useful grab bar to help getting on the table.

Yeah, Dr. Shah is one of the most genuine, caring individuals, doctors that I've ever had. He listens. He looks you in the face. He's thoughtful. He's wonderful.

Cramped, crowded, small waiting room

LifeBridge needs to be on MyChart. I like Dr. Shah and he's a good doctor, but the fact that my medical records are not on one app and easily seen by me and my other doctors is problematic. I also arrived on time for my device check but because my appointment with the doctor was not scheduled for a half hour after that appointment, I was in the doctors office for an hour and a half for two appointments that were five minutes in length.

Dr. Shah always listens to concerns, gives me suggestions, and follows through with a plan of action and timeline for improvements.

He can be somewhat curt, so you have to press for more information.

I called in with a question. I know it was relayed to Dr. Shah, but no one in the office relayed his answer back to me. Then it took multiple calls to get through to someone else who could tell me advice on what I should do. I was trying to get new medication prescribed and she said she would take care of it and then didn't. And it took an extra day to get the medication started. which was really frustrating.

Dr. Shah is absolutely amazing. He's kind, easy to understand, truly cares and takes his time. The world needs all Dr. Shah's in it.

I felt like I was talking to an old friend during visit.. Dr Shah has such a quiet demeanor..

This was not an office visit or a telehealth visit. I, merely, was sending my defibrillator information electronically. I hope this clears up any misunderstanding. Thank you!

Having a lot of pain just walking. Yet not addressed or offered. I guess you just stay hurting. That would be my biggest problem with medical system.

Be on time for appointments. My time is as valuable as his. Walking into the room 45 mins after the appointment was supposed to start is acceptable. What's more, would it kill your to apologize for being late? That's basic good manners.

I think when having to communicate with the doctor outside of an office visit, a direct messaging system is needed. When you have to communicate with one person who then relays that question or concern to the doctor, and then the doctor communicates back to that person, and then that person back to you, mistakes can be made. I n my case a prescription mistake was made. This happened before my office visit. I know the doctor is very busy.

Dr. Shah's office secretary (Tawanda) was extremely helpful and nice to husband and myself. I needed an appointment asap for cardiac clearance to be able to receive a procedure I'm having on the following Monday and she made it possible. She was absolutely wonderful.

Hello. The offices at Green Tree were very disorganized in terms of construction and lack of signage. So it was somewhat stressful to get back to where we were supposed to be seen. Not only that, the restrooms weren't even clearly marked, which is another problem. Hopefully, this will be fixed. next time around, but they should have provided actually a guy from the check-in desk all the way to the back where we needed to be. That would have been a better way of handling the situation.

I know the provider sees this condition almost every day but for me it caused stress and a "not so nice" day. Not feeling any symptoms and being told by my cardiologist that I was "fine", gave me a false sense of security.

I was very pleased to obtain an appt with Dr. Shah on such short notice since I had been having chest discomfort symptoms. All of the staff including him were very nice and professional to me.

I had to wait for 30 minutes before I saw Dr Shah. It's clear that he knows his stuff and that he is highly regarded by others in his field. I've been working with this provider since 2007. As a matter of fact, he saved my life back then, and he's always courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and treats me like I'm the only person there at the time that he's treating me. We can go, you know, we have deep conversation about my medicine and treatment, and I think he's the wonderful, the most wonderful cardiologist I ever talked to. Okay, bye-bye.

The staff was VERY interested in my health, suggesting what I should and could do at my home, witch would add to my strength. It has improved my health, for which I'm greatful to the staff.

I never had an appointment with this doctor so I don't know who he is. My last appointment with life bridge was in May with an entirely different doctor at another location. As always I have been satisfied with the doctor and treatment I receive.
