Dr. Shah was extremely professional. He explained everything. I would definitely recommend him. He's one of the best doctors I've ever seen and he knows his work very well.

I did not have any problems or concerns with anything.

This is my 2nd visit to this provider's office. I can say without reservation that the personnel at this facility are exemplary professionals, who exhibit the best attributes that are to be found in the medical profession. I never felt rushed, everyone is pleasant and courteous, and everyone is very competent at their duties. I even witnessed a member of the office staff perform an extreme act of kindness to an elderly couple who were lost, and to whom another provider was not being very helpful. This staff member escorted them to the other provider, and assisted them in ensuring that they received the care which they were scheduled for and entitled to. Overall, I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Paresh Shah's office - highly recommended!

Long time in waiting room, but understandable with the time that Dr Shah takes with each patient to explain causes and treatment options. Towonda was very helpful during the wait and nursing staff was very thorough and also kept me up to date on the wait time. Dr Shah discussed my case with me and listened to my input and concerns before suggesting a treatment plan. Would definitely recommend Dr Shah and everyone at his practice!

The office has been remodeled very nicely, but the waiting area needs to be about a third larger.

The service there was fantastic. I cannot complain about anything. Dr. Shah was very, very good with me. His assistant was very good with me. It was a very good experience. The only thing I can complain about and say is his waiting area is too small. Outside of that, everything was great, but the area that you have to wait for him in is a little bit small. It's a little bit congested in that area. But everybody there was very nice. I was even offered something to drink. I was offered water, things to drink, and that was very nice to them. They didn't have to do that, but they were very friendly. And everyone there was just very nice, and they were concerned about, you know, they were saying, are you okay? Do you need anything? Do you want some water? I thought that was very impressive. But

It took over an hour to be seen after my appointment time. They schedule too many people for the same time.

There was no appointment. Apparently, there was an electronic review of telemetry from my cardio pacemaker. I've had no feedback from it. I usually don't get one or any reports from him. He put the pacemaker in back in 2011 and I get, I think, quarterly electronic follow-ups. So almost all of these questions don't relate. The only thing I'd like to do is to have feedback from what the report showed. Thank you.

Excellent doctor......put me at ease with my medical issues

There needs to be more seating options in the waiting room. There's only one chair that's big enough for a bariatric patient and if someone is sitting in it, I'm out of luck.

Great doctor but he sometimes i feel rushes thru appointments like a 10 min appointment. And does not let me finish what I have to say about other health conditions that I do have. But hes the most caring doctor so I dont complain. And the new office renovation is amazing.

The office needs a better bigger waiting area. It was packed and sitting too close, side by side with other patients.

I was at the office for a Pacemaker Check the person that you are asking about when I got there was the receptionist so I feel none of these questions really have anything to do with that person other than she was nice and I could understand her

I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but I need to talk to Dr. Shah about something that I did not ask him. So I don't know. Maybe I should call his office tomorrow. Other than that, he's a pretty good doctor, but I need to ask him something. So that's it. But the experience was good. I've been seeing him for a few years. So I'm okay.

So for people not feeling well, it's always a pleasure to see them. And Dr. Paresh, he walks on water. He listens carefully. He's thoughtful. You don't feel rushed. It is an amazing experience and I'm very grateful to be in his office.

Dr.Shah was very professional. The only negative thing was I got to the office before appt time and the receptionist didn't come out for about 10 minutes and when checking out, was sitting and eating a bagel egg sandwich. Not very professional considering how professional Dr. Shah was.

I waited 55 minutes to be taken back to get vitals and then waited about 15 minutes more to be seen.

I am with Woodholme because I like their doctors and staff. The doctors I have are very good and knowledgeable. Most importantly, I am with my doctors there by choice and that should answer any questions.
