I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but I need to talk to Dr. Shah about something that I did not ask him. So I don't know. Maybe I should call his office tomorrow. Other than that, he's a pretty good doctor, but I need to ask him something. So that's it. But the experience was good. I've been seeing him for a few years. So I'm okay.

The staff, specifically Tawanda and Christian, are outstanding. They remember people's names. They look you in the eye when they talk. They make you comfortable. And their attitude is upbeat. So for people not feeling well, it's always a pleasure to see them. And Dr. Paresh, he walks on water. He listens carefully. He's thoughtful. You don't feel rushed. It is an amazing experience and I'm very grateful to be in his office.

Dr. Shah has been my doctor for over 15 years. He was and is always professional friendly. When I was fearful regarding my condition he was patient and explained in detail what I could expect. Dr. Shah, also patiently dealt with my family's fear. His staff is precise and in order. I highly recommend Dr. Shah.

Dr.Shah was very professional. The only negative thing was I got to the office before appt time and the receptionist didn't come out for about 10 minutes and when checking out, was sitting and eating a bagel egg sandwich. Not very professional considering how professional Dr. Shah was.

I think you need more seating options in the waiting area. There's only one chair thats suitable for a fat person or anyone who might need a chair without arms.

I think he is a wonderful doctor, takes his time with me, does not rush through the appointment and answers all questions I may have! I waited 55 minutes to be taken back to get vitals and then waited about 15 minutes more to be seen.

I am with Woodholme because I like their doctors and staff. The doctors I have are very good and knowledgeable. Most importantly, I am with my doctors there by choice and that should answer any questions.

And the only thing I would say, and it's probably due to such a great doctor he is, is that my procedure is scheduled further out than I expected. The visit was scheduled further out than I expected, but I did get a call due to a cancellation, so I got in sooner. So that's the only setback. I guess he's so good that he's got a long line of patients wanting to see him. Other than that, everything was beautiful. Thank you. Have a great day.
