I had a wonderful experience! The provider took the time to explain everything to me, and the receptionist was so helpful in guiding me to where I could make my MRI appointment. I've been putting it off and ignoring my pain for a while, but it turned out to be much easier than I expected. Now I'm just waiting for the accommodation form for work. Overall, it's been a positive experience!

I had an appointment with Nurse Practitioner Duke in orthopedics, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care I received. From the moment she walked in, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. I came in with significant back pain, and she took her time to truly listen and assess what was going on. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the treatment plan and next steps. I never felt rushed. She was thorough, compassionate, and very professional. By the time I left the office, my pain had significantly improved, and I felt confident about my recovery plan. She also clearly explained my follow-up schedule, which gave me peace of mind. Nurse Practitioner Dukes provided exceptional care. She was superb, and I am so grateful for her expertise and kindness. She's very caring, empathetic, well-versed, understands multiple conditions to be able to really look at each individual as a very unique person and look at the big picture as well as her specialty, really, which makes her care just tremendous. But that combined with her lovely personality and disposition in just truly empathetic and nurturing way just makes her an outstanding provider and I'm very thankful for her.

My appointment was 8:10 a.m. but no-one told Patricia Duke she had an early appointment, so it was almost an hour after my scheduled appointment that I was seen by Patricia.

I feel this was a wasted trip. No one explained to me that I needed to have records sent to this office . I made an hour trip and was told they could not do anything . A person in that office recommended that I go see Pat and that she could take care of me.

I highly recommend Tricia Duke at Carroll Orthopedic. She is a knowledgeable professional with a compassionate manner that puts her patients at ease.Tricia is an EXCELLENT listener. She instinctively understands what questions to ask that will help her form a more complete picture of her patients' needs so she can prescribe an appropriate treatment plan.

I visited the Eldersburg office because I was able to see Patricia Duke earlier. I am a return patient and she is wonderful. Christina at the front desk was very pleasant to talk to. It was a great experience. I left with a smile on my face.
