Dr. Ibrahim was very pleasant and explained information clearly. She took the time to answer my questions and addressed all my concerns.

I wanted to share that the staff assisting with ordering glasses and providing lens pricing came across as unprofessional and uninterested in helping. The interaction felt rushed and as if my questions were a burden.

I was waiting for over an hour to see the provider after my eyes were dilated. It would have been nice if someone told me that the provider had a patient with an emergency. I felt like my time was not respected.

I was very comfortable and at ease with the whole staff. I did not know what to expect however every one explained everything that was going to happen. I have recommened 2 friends already.

Dr. Ibrahim is amazing! So patient, kind, informative and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I trust her completely.

Aside from all the questions previously answered, I'd like to add that it is extremely important to me that everyone in the office was dressed appropriately, no disgustingly long unsightly nails and eyelashes. When you take pride in how you look you also take pride in your work.

The assistant was great doing the over all check and eye exam. Very welcoming. Dr. Perla Ibrahim was wonderful and helped me a lot to understand what I need to do in order to prevent surgery. Making one feel comfortable and assured.

The provider treated my issue as if it was an annual eye exam when it was a more serious issue with loosing eye sight in one eye. I was told to make an appointment next year so my problem was not really addressed.

I was not seen in a timely manner. When I ask for someone to follow up,I was "brushed off ". No one follow up ,so I went to the back myself. I notice several team members and my new doctor talking. I was placed in a room. Waiting another 15-20 minutes before seen by my new doctor. 1hour eye exam. Was about 2hours.

I had an exceptional patient experience, from the front desk receptionist to the technician who reviewed my medical history, examined my eyes, and dilated my pupils, all the way to the physician who treated me. Dr. Ibrahim was incredibly thorough in explaining her findings after scanning and examining the back of my eyes. She was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain my mild cataract and developing glaucoma. She also generously provided two boxes of eye drops at no cost to help relieve my dry eyes. I am scheduled for a follow-up appointment next month. Thank you, Krieger, for taking such wonderful care of me.

Nice, professional, knowledgeable, confident physician that spent as much time as I needed. More importantly, the doctor and her surgical coordinator, Chatia Coates, did everything to find a new date for my cataract surgery within a very short time interval, and I appreciated it.

This isn't directly related, but I use a rollator as a mobility aid. This was my first visit to the Krieger Eye Institute. It would have been extremely helpful if there was a sign on the corner of the building pointing to the accessible entrance.

Although I was seen past my appointment time, the technician and doctor made up for that in customer service, attitude, and personality. In addition to being apologetic, the doctor offered solutions and not excuses. I was appreciative of that. The receptionists had great attitudes and the check in was smooth.

Every person I came into contact was very very nice. Dr. Ibrahim, Dr. Cui, Dr. Pappas, and Dr. Vishna are so nice and make such an effort to resolve whatever medical problem. Super nice people, highly recommend the whole team!

It was my first time at this facility and it was a awesome experience. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and honest. I was completely comfortable and at ease with the staff. They helped me with my insurance when I made a mistake. When I left I was happy with my first experience. I will recomend this eye clinic to anyone

Yes, the doctor was great. She was on time, friendly, very knowledgeable of what I needed to do, and her assistant was great as well. She took care of all the four stuff that needed to be done before the doctor even came to see us.
