My experiences in this office with this provider have always been terrific! He is so knowledgeable, incredibly smart and easy to talk to. I am a patient for life.

My experiences are always pleasant when I come in for my appointments.

April at the front desk was amazing. She pulled my profile up and was able to see my whole history and made it super easy for me to get a referral and get me right into the clinic. It's a little thing but it's so nice to feel like your past history with Lifebridge is known and seen!

Philip is wonderful. He cares, explains everything well and genuinely concerned for me as a patient.

We were seen as a walk in after my daughter was diagnosed with a fracture in an urgent care. Everyone in the office was so helpful and friendly. We had a great experience.

Philip Michel was excellent. I am definitely looking forward to seeing him again about my issues. And the staff at the front desk was awesome.

Dr. Bennett, Michel Phillip, Sam and the rest of the staff are incredible. They are very understanding, helpful, knowledgeable. I don't want anyone else to work on/with my child!!

The front desk clerk April was very helpful, polite and courteous. The provider Phil was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a great experience.

The entire staff was excellent and took care of me as an individual. From April and Uniqua at the front to the assistants and Dr Phillip in the back. They all made my day.

Phil is an AWESOME PA. I could tell that he was trained very well in patient care by Dr Bennett. April is a wonderful person who got me registered. Shannon and Sam made the process of getting the appointment and the gel shot covered very efficiently. This practice is the best.

PA PHILLIP did a GREAT job breaking everything down to me and my Mother post op. He made sure to answer any and all questions that myself and my Mother had. Not to mention the front desk ladies are amazing. Thank you guys!

I had a wonderful experience with P.A. Michel. He asked just the right questions and it was clear that he had reviewed my medical history. I felt comfortable speaking with him about the issues I am having. I also appreciated that he listened attentively and was interested in what I had to say. I am grateful to have met him and had the opportunity to have been treated by him.

It was my first experience, and I was made to be at ease about everything and put in a positive frame of mine. It was a good experience.

Very pleasant experience overall

The P.A was very helpful and knowledgeable! I would have loved the doctor or someone to have called me to see how I was doing after this shot in my knee. I even left a message for a return call because of swelling. Unfortunately, no one called me back.

The PA , Phillip was great. Very personable, knowledgeable and actually explained everything well! He really was an exceptional , professional , easy to talk with . A wonderful asset to LifeBridge Health!

The provider listened to me.

Overall experience was very good. However, I experienced a lot of discomfort and pain in the injection of my right knee. The next day I could hardly walk. The left knee was fine. I've had my knees injected before and never experienced this kind of pain. I am doing well now.

My last two appointments when checking in and out the desk staff seemed stressed and they were curt. I felt the need to apologize for bothering them at the check in and checking out to get a second post-op appointment scheduled. Otherwise we had a very good experience with all other staff personnel.

The provider was very professional, very knowledgeable about my situation. He was caring, compassionate and was able to soothe any of my anxieties and answered all of my questions. It was very, very professional and I would definitely encourage others to come and see this provider.

He was very personable, professional, and all around amazing person. He is definitely someone you would want all your staff to aspire to be like.

The provider and office is great. The hospital PACU team could use a little training on friendly and compassionate manners to other staff and volunteers.
