Dr Philip McClure and the PA were caring, experienced and explained what happened, the term of healing and risks. I am happy his whole team gave us a great service.

Wonderful experience except I was charged $25 without explanation. When I called the billing department, they were clueless. May need to dispute the charge

Dr. Mcclure was the best doctor my daughter ever had. With her surgery and all her x-rays and checkups, he explained everything and she understood everything. He was the best. Thank you.

Dr McClure was great, but we sat for nearly an hour before seeing him

We really liked the way everything is done in the office. Marilyn is amazing and really made us feel like we were in the right place. Dr McLure is also great, really made us feel like we were in good hands.

Cannot describe enough the unbelievable kind and humble attitude of Dr. McClure and his entire team including all the nurses at the pediatric section post surgery. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Mcclure and his direct staff are wonderful. They have been so helpful and provide prompt feedback and support when we request it for my son, who is experiencing a very unique and long-term condition. There are a few teammates (not all - some have been very nice since we have been coming here over the past few months) however at the registration team in the front office area who seem either overwhelmed or maybe not as inclined to provide customer service. The past two visits it is not clear where we should be checking in or checking out. There was a admin who told me that they were with a patient and to go check out from the opposite desk, when I did not see any other patients at the desk in front of me.

From the receptionist to the nurses to the attending physician, all were exceptional in their capacity to provide us with the best care possible! A great thank you!!!

The check-in was very seamless and the receptionists were extremely kind and friendly. We got in pretty quickly, maybe a few minutes past our appointment time, but we did have to wait in the room for a while, which was not ideal considering I had a couple other young children with me, but it wasn't awful. I do really like Dr. McClure. I think he's excellent at what he does and I'm glad he's my child's provider, but I would have liked if he would have introduced himself to her in the beginning when he walked in the room and then also just maybe asked her name just because she didn't remember him. It had been over a year since she had seen him. But otherwise, it was fine. Everything was okay. I do feel like overall I could maybe understand a little more about the long-term management of her condition, but we can always follow up with that like next visit next year. But otherwise, we love seeing Dr. McClure and happy to be his patient. He's a very kind and thorough provider.

My childs annual appointment with canceled without notice, leaving me to reschedule. It was a minor inconvenience, but worked out in the end as I saw the provider within the same week.

Dr. McClure is a a great physician, he has able to lengthened my Daughter's legs without breaking it or putting it in a cast. In orthopedics, he is a pro.???

Front desk at our check in was very good. Check out side, which was different area could use some training on appearing more professional and engaged. Doctor was very good and friendly, but moved at a hurried pace which could be challenging for some patients.

He is a great doctor.

Loved Dr McClure and whole team. We feel thankful to have found him! The resident who met with us prior to McClure was very kind but also clinically told us inaccurate info on a few things (I know he is a resident and still in training but I think I would've appreciated a "I think this info I'm giving you is correct but we will see what the expert says"). Overall great experience tho!

I would appreciate better time management. My daughters appointment started nearly and hour after schedule.

As a parent, we want the best care and best outcome for our daughter. Whenever we leave an appointment with Dr Mcclure (and team), we always have a positive feeling in our gut that our daughter's care is in the right hands, and this helps ease our anxiety about her future.

Dr Mcclure was so professional and took time to make me feel like my son was his only patient. Our nurse AJ and Allen were so sweet and made my son laugh. The patient liaison was so kind and brought my son a stuffed animal, book, and cozy sweater. Our entire team and experience was exactly what you would ask for. Highly recommend this facility.

Dr. McClure always explains things clearly. The Residents are always professional and respectful. Overall, the experience with LifeBridge is why we keep coming back - and why I refer others to the provider.

Discussion of another surgery is hard in his situation, but the Ortho team makes my child feel seen. This matters much for a child with a trauma background. I greatly appreciate that they see him in toto.

They provided very helpful advice and took time to listen and explain. We were able to get in quickly very last minute to check out a sports injury.

The professionalism and skill of Dr McClure and the team was outstanding. The care, empathy and welcome for us as Internationals, was unparalleled. We will be recommending Dr McClure and the hospital to many of the children in Ireland, who couldn't dream of an experience such as this Thank you for everything

Every staff member in the hospital was pleasant and kind and gave my daughter an overall good experience during a situation that is pretty scary for a little kid.

Waited 50 minutes past appointment time

Could not have more positive things to say about this physician and staff. This is a top-notch facility and could not be happier with every step of my daughter's treatment. Thank you so much.

Dr. McClure and his PA-C were phenomenal. Very informative, very personable, very down to earth. I'm in Facebook groups for PFFD and he was recommended by several other people, and I can see why. Our experience was absolutely incredible!

I drove over 4 hours and it was absolutely worth the trip.

So thankful for Dr. McClure, his team, and the institute.
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 6/6/2025
Although the PA and doctor were extremely nice and professional, we were there for about 2 hours. That is a really long time for a child to wait. The patient liaison who came by was a nice surprise.

Wonderful experience beginning to end each time I go

Dr. McClure quickly addressed my son's issue. He responded to my email over the weekend to stay on top of his case. Monday morning, Allison updated us with the plan and he was in the OR on Wednesday. I feel like the provider listened to my concerns and took action. We're very thankful for Dr. McClure and all of the staff.

Thank you so much Dr. McClure and staff the experience was very professional and enjoyable. {patient information redacted to protect privacy} is doing great. We appreciate your service and care.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/5/2025
Dr. McClure has been awesome our entire time we've been with him. But, this time he seemed very rushed and barely even spent 10 minutes with us. For example, he apparently wants my daughter to do PT, but he never actually told us at our visit. I only figured this out this morning because Lifebridge called me about scheduling.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/4/2025
It's been 3 years we are very happy with the providers decision making about the child

We travel 6 plus hours for our son to continue being seen at the RIAO due to the treatment and care he receives with Dr. McClure and Renee Hunter. {patient information redacted to protect privacy} has been a patient there since he was 8 months old, he is now 7. They not only know {patient information redacted to protect privacy} as a patient but show interest in the person he is which helps to guide decisions about surgery. We are so thankful to have such a great team that we trust with our son's future.
