Ping-Hsin Chen, MD

Ping Chen was born and raised in Pittsburgh and is a National Merit Scholar. She graduated from the Accelerated 6 Year Pre-medicine/Medicine Program at the Pennsylvania State University in conjunction with Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. She completed her internship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and served in the United States Army as a medical officer at the Pentagon Army Health Clinic. Following her residency and fellowship at Georgetown, she joined Mid-Atlantic Nephrology and has more than 20 years of experience. Although she is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Nephrology, she specializes only in Nephrology.
