Prema Siva, MD

I like my provider, Prima Siva, but I don't like the process of the company, Health Bridge. It is very not friendly to patient and doctor. It gives the doctor so much limited time and everything that they have to enter into the computer and doesn't give us time to really talk and communicate. My doctor was very wonderful and I expressed my concerns about all that. But making an appointment for an annual exam, I'd like to have that where I work it out when my doctor's available, not when the corporation thinks that it's okay. I just don't like the new way they've gone to some kind of computer stuff. It's involving technology, I'm sure, but the relationship between patient and doctor is so impeded by all of the technology and then calling your call center is ridiculous. Your call center doesn't help in making an appointment.

The person who drew my blood was on her phone playing music and seemed unfriendly. This is the second time I've had her, and unfortunately, the experience was similar both times. In contrast, the other staff members were very pleasant, smiled, and treated me with respect.

Dr Siva has been my PCP for decades. She knows my medical history and myself. Always happy to see me in her office. Always call me back when she receives the bloodwork results for advice. I like the way we work together and I thank her for her availability?

I was told I had to come in for an appointment to get an imaging referral even though it was medically indicated on a previous diagnostic. When I got there, it was clear that my PCP hadn't reviewed my two prior diagnostic image results, including the one recommending more imaging. All she did was touch my throat and then give me a paper referral, which the office staff didn't even fax to the imaging center. This will be my last visit to this office/provider. I was already considering finding a new PCP because I feel like she doesn't listen to me and speaks over me, but this office wasted my time making me come in for an appointment that wasn't necessary just to bill my insurance for an in person visit.

My provider is a very good doctor. She sits and talks with you and lets you know what is expected of you for the next visit. She's well. She's okay.

Yes, Denise and Ms. Dr. Siva, they work like a team like no other. It'll be a sad thing to see both of them go because I'm telling you they know every patient without looking at the charts. They know the issues with the patient. They treat the patient very professionally. Even we go into something that has nothing to do with the practice, something personal that we laugh about. I have not received any kind of information about the blood tests that were taken, the results, and what I might need to do with my medication, a change or more of the medication I'm already taking, whatever, for my diabetes.

Whatever customer service line or call center or whatever it is you all are using, it is absolutely awful. You should go back to people actually at the office answering the phones and the amount of paperwork that you have to do to actually check in for your appointment is ridiculous. I went through more forms checking in for this appointment than I literally did in buying a car two months before this appointment. So the and some of the paperwork is redundant. Go through it, figure out what's redundant, take out what is redundant and leave the rest because there's no way that it should be that you have to have to sign or initial as many pieces of paper that no one actually can.

Y'all need to increase the pay of Ms. Prema Siva and her assistant that pretty much hosted us to our room. They're retiring and it makes me really sad that they're leaving, especially Ms. Prema Siva, because, you know, she's been there for me for a long time and seeing her go is really sad. Y'all need to up her pay at least three times because she's amazing.

Dr Siva and her staff are always very courteous and knowledgeable and respectful. The only problem ? had was when I called to get an appt. The person told me I could not be seen for over 60 days for a wellness exam. I thought this was not reasonable so I went on the life rige portal and found an appt in 10 days. The person on the phone was very blunt and not courteous.they failed to explain why I could not get an appt for over 60 days. Besides that all is very amazing at the office

Appointments are hard to schedule

I was very pleased with the personal care provided by all.

Was there just to get meds refilled. Did not seem to listen to my concerns with my asitreflex, and taking over counter meds over the counter everyday.

One of the staff were very impatient, rude, and not helpful.

I made an appointment at four for a regular three-months checkup. I was supposed to get a lab work, but when my appointment's at 4 o'clock, they didn't tell me that what you call the labs close at 4, and my appointment is at 4 o'clock, so I didn't get a lab test. If they told me that, then I should schedule my permit for in the morning instead of in the afternoon. That's all.

I visit office to show my bruise and pain in ribs front and back she treat me with Shingles and prescribe medicine for that ,I had 1 shingle vaccine .I was not able to sleep whole night with stress next morning I visited to urgent care for same issue they took my x -rays and said this is not shingle.It took me 3-4 days to come out with this stress.

Dr Siva has done an excellent job walking with me through my health issues all these years. I am now 65 and "doing life" well. She is personable and listens to my health concerns and issues. She has proven to be a very good doctor who has helped me stay healthy.

Before I got appointment to see my provider within 2week. But now I have to wait more than 2month. It's too much for summer even that's not flu season

I have never had a bad experience at Lifebridge in Laural, All are very helpful and professional.

The call center was not super helpful. The gentleman did not provide a response when I asked if I would be notified of my appointment in advance considering how far out the appointment was. He just moved past what I asked, and I speak very clear English.

I would like to make the appointment at the local level and not through the corporation

Dr Siva's assistance is always pleasant but, those other ladies always seem to be bothered if I ask any questions. The front desk clerk is the best when you check in. Smiling face, helpful and pleasant.

Dr Siva is a wonderful and mindful person. She is very respectful and helpful. Dr Siva listens to everything I say and ask. We enjoy our little chats as well. I've always love coming to this office and have been for quite sometime. Dr. Siva and her medical assistant Denise are gems. However, the new phone system for scheduling that has been implemented is an epic failure. LifeBridge should understand that a patients from first interaction is the receptionist. It's absolutely impossible to get anyone to answer. You have to leave a message or your number for a call back. This isn't the type of service that I'm looking for. I will say that I will find a new doctor once my doctor retires. Also, add that if I'm running behind schedule I can't call the office as a courtesy to let them I'm running late. Please rethink new structure.

This was the first time seeing Dr. Siva why I said she was not very familiar with my history, however she asked questions and reviewed my medication and was very patient while I got her caught up. This was an emergency appointment and I was very appreciative that I was able to see someone so quickly. Great team, thank you.

We've come to Dr. Siva for many years. Both my wife and I wish she'd never retire!

The staff was very welcoming and great. My only recommendation would be to to allow for patients to be able to download their test results or medical records on the portal versus only having the option to screenshot the results and save them that way. The only other option I was told about, after calling to see if there was a way for me to upload the results or have them emailed to my email on file, was to have the clinic fax over the records to the number I would want to have a copy of my records, or to come in person and at no cost to me, and pick up a copy of the lab results.. While this is a great, I would prefer not to waste that time back and forth to just get lab results, and having my records printed to then be faxed presents a security concern for me, since these records would risk more chance of being discarded or viewed by more people than I would care to have access to, than if I were able to uploaded these records and send them directly to the providers that are requiring these records. I hope this recommendation gets considered and otherwise I really appreciate everything else and the quality of service and attentiveness provided by the team at this location.

Will continue with this provider. Definitely recommend to friends and family
