I have been in the care of doctor Gai for over 2 years. Every person I have been in contact with, has been amazing. I don't even mind the chemo appointments. I tell everyone what a wonderful experience I have coming to your facility.

It is wonderful to know they offer a dietician to help find solutions to eating problems. Knowing that there is a delightful navigator to help me find my way through the medical world!!!

Other than the long wait for the appointment all was good. The long wait resulted in me developing another medical problem that needs to be fixed before Dr. Gai can really find the cause of the problems I was referred to him for. Have an appointment in two months to hopefully allow Dr. Gai start his treatment.

I appreciate the care and comfort I was provided by the Kahlert Center especially during my chemotherapy sessions.

Short and to the point

Yes, I wanted to get an appointment with Dr. Gai, but I could not get it for about at least two, three weeks. That was, I think, it is wrong, especially since I'm also a healthcare provider. So I had to see another physician. Luckily, I get to see another hematologist with another group, but I did see Dr. Gai too. So if the appointments can be kind of, you know, easier to get, that would be great. Thanks. Bye-bye.

My problem is hereditary hemochromatosis. Providers do not seem to take this condition as seriously as I would like. Not only Lifebridge/Kahlert, but all providers I have consulted, even going back 25 years or more.

I did not see Dr Gai but Beth his nurse practioner. She was great and actually talked with me unlike Dr. Gai. I would like to see her instead of Doctor

It's a very nice, clean and well equipped facility.

Staff and nurses are always wonderful. Dr. Gai is completely unsatisfactory. Did not know who I was, why I was there, and only gave a cursory review of my tests after I asked about them, even though there were several areas that were out of normal range. Ordered more blood tests even though I just had them 2 weeks ago. The nurses double-checked and found they were unnecessary. It has been this way since I started as his patient in February. His communication is terrible. Explains nothing.

Even the volunteer at the guard station put a great face for the facility.

My doctor does not seem to listen to my concerns and are mostly ignored. He doesn't seem willing to explore other possibilities for the cause of my illness

Dr Gai was very thorough and interacted with me in a very professional and courteous manner. My nurse Kristen was also excellent. A very comfortable experience.

This was my first visit with this provider which is why some of the answers are less than "definitely yes".

Difficult to understand provider

We were very early but did not have to wait long. Finished before my appointment time.

After being registered, we were not told or escorted across the hall to the doctor s office, therefore was a little late for appointment

Had high BP, dr gai sent me to hospital to take care of this issue.

Dr Gai was very responsive and informative. However, he had terrible haliotosis, and when he came over toward me to examine the cancer area near my face I almost recoiled from the smell. Please remind providers to use breath mints if they are having dental/gum issues

Checked in and sey there for one hour and was them told I was at the wrong faciliy. They should have known that when I checked in.

Everyone was friendly and did their jobs in a professional manner. My only complaint, and it's not really a complaint because I know there are only so many hours in a day to accommodate people but I had to wait a month for my appointment.

All providers should know a person's hobbies on top of their medical condition. This is the first time that it appeared that this provider knew my hobbies so he has improved a lot.

Always a Good Visit

Everyone was pleasant and respectful.

Dr. Gai definitely cares about my well-being. I have had lots of questions about my cancer and its treatment, and he is a good listener, as well as knowledgeable and thorough.

My total time of waiting was over one hour for a five minute talk with the doctor.

Dr. Gai was excellent.

Don't like the facility charges for just my consultation that's done. Never had these before. They don't even use a tough depressor for my check ups. And their not billed to me for about THREE months AFTER MY VISIT , WHY SO LONG??

Ive never had a.doctors office feel like walking into a warm hug. This doctors office has ALWAYS been so comforting and pleasant. {patient information redacted to protect privacy} Today at my appt, I was hugged by staff on my way back to my room. I was told how good I looked. Even the nurse navigator was speaking to me about details from 2 years ago. This office and the staff deserve all the praise. Especially for having to go through cancer...this office felt like walking into a huge warm hug When I got my first results back after having my breast removed, as soon as I walked into the office, the entire staff congratulated me on clean scans and even gave me a cookie.

Okay in all aspects, I really appreciate Dr. Gai!

I have always thought that I have been given caring treatment and that everyone on the staff, including Dr Gai, have gone out of their way to help me through this sometimes stressful and difficult time.

Although Dr Gai is an excellent Dr, his bedside manner could use improvement, he was not rude but was not personable either, however his nurse Allison was above and beyond excellent, it was very obvious she is compassionate and caring, she was extremely respectful, knowledgeable and professional.
