Dr Ragia she's great an what she do, always treat me with respect and kindness. She always has an answer of my question.

My provider sees me 30-45 after I show up, looks at the chart outside the office door before entering the room tell you what's wrong what meds she want you on and never ask how you fell or what she can do to help you as a patient to fix it, she tells you what's wrong she wants you to do instead of ask what happened to cause this situation and walks out the room, no connections with her clients

I can tell that Dr Saikali cares about my health.

Dr. Saikali seems great. So far no issues with her plan of care and how she executes it. I felt her insurance staff left something to be desired as it took multiple tries to get one of my prescriptions approved, but it was due to a submission error on the office's end. I finally submitted an appeal with the information that was actually requested after gathering it and it was finally approved. I'm also concerned about my husband's denial since they claim it wasn't approved but there's no record of a claim being submitted when I look myself. It just hasn't been a good look on their part.

I don't like the fact that people can schedule their appointments when you already have one and they can take your spot and you have to sit and wait for over an hour for your appointment unnecessary

Yes, it would be nice if she would, when you come in to see her, that she keeps you in there long enough so that you can explain things. And also, every time you come in, she's so critical. If you gain one pound, she's making you feel bad about gaining a pound. No communication. And also, she never knows, get none of your stuff from the doctors. Every time you come in, she always asks and did this get sent over, did that get send over, and the visits are not long at all.

I always have a decent visit when I go see Dr. Ragia Saikali. She's very knowledgeable and she's up to date with my medications and whatever I need. She always asks me what I need and tells me what she's changing or needs to be changed or whatever. So I always have a good experience with her.

My doctor is the best. She listens to me and we come up with a plan that works. Best doctor and staff .

Provider was in a hurry because she was on vacation and had a lot of patients waiting for her when she came back. Didn't feel as though she was listening to me about my care (example I feel prior to coming in for my appointment) I mentioned it and she said she didn't download my hospital paperwork before me coming in?and just asked what meds I need?

This experience was extremely satisfying, just as every visit with my provider and her staff is always an excellent experience. I am always well treated, well taken care of, and always treated with respect. I am 100% confident in my provider and her staff, and know that all my health concerns are listened to and treated properly. I would never even consider going to another provider, I am so happy with Dr. Saikali and her staff and the level of care I receive in each visit.

Dr.Saikali is wonderful and knowledgeable and her staff is personable and professional. Always a good experience.

They need to stay open longer. They close too early. They're always closing at 12 o'clock or before, and they always want rushing you to get in before they close. But they advertise they close at 3 or later, but they don't. They close early all the time. So they need to really be honest and stay open the time they say they close and let people know what time they're closing. They don't never tell you what time they're closing, and that don't make sense. And they hardly answer the phone. They don't never answer the phone. Then when you call and leave a message, they act like they ain't hear your message.

I love Dr. Saikali....she's very warm and welcoming.....she's very thorough when it comes to my health. Your never sitting in her office long before you're called to be seen. I'm very comfortable under her care and would refer her to anyone looking for care.

When I have been under Dr Saikali for years and hope to continue for many more. She really listens to you and very knowledge able when it comes to treatments.When my husband had trouble with blood pressure and his doctor could not correct problem he became patient of Dr Saikali and she changed his medicine and has kept blood pressure under control .Would highly recommend to anyone.
