Dr Braman saw my problem and got things moving for me and my health.

Dr. Braman is the first doctor I've had that genuinely cares for her patients. She always makes me feel like I'm her only patient even though I know she had several. She's such a fantastic doctor. A buddy was looking for a new doctor. He asked me how I liked mine. I couldn't give him her contact info fast enough. I explained that it took about 2 months to start seeing her as a new patient. The wait is absolutely worth it.

From my experience, Dr. Braman is one of the best doctors I have ever had!

Excellent patient care services

I've been with Dr. Braman for 25 years and totally trust her services and her care. The only thing I would say is I do wait quite a while when I come into the office, anywhere from a half hour or longer.

It's always a good experience with this doctor and office.

Dr. Braman asked my permission to allow a medical student to join her in performing a medical assessment. She did an exceptional job of training the student. Dr. Braman also cares about other matters that may impact my overall well being. I am very pleased with the Dr. Braman, the NP'S PA and the Medical Technicians. However, the receptionists are not welcoming.

Thorough and pleasant

The receptionists were prompt and positive. When I spoke to the one who helped me the most she looked me in the face and listened attentively. They answered questions clearly and explained things well. The Medical Assistant was also positive and focused.

As always, Dr Braman is thorough, knowledgeable and genuine.

Did not get my bloodwork papers for next appointment. Called to have them sent to be and have not gotten a response

Phone service needs fixed. Wait .5min and leave a message for a call in 24 hours is not good. Phone service to answer a call needs improved. Been getting fixed for years now

I have been seeing Dr. Randy Braman for quite a few years now and have always felt that I've gotten excellent care from her. She listens and she doesn't ever appear to be in a hurry or rushing anybody out the door. She also sees my husband and he feels the same way. The only problem I've ever had with the office sometimes is getting my prescriptions straightened out at the pharmacy. And I never know if that's a pharmacy problem or an office problem, but we always end up getting it straightened out. As far as care and whether or not she cares about me or my family, yeah, I think she's doing a great job.

Dr. Braman is the best. I feel I am in very good hands as her patient. I feel she is helping me have the best health.

I sent a message thru the patient portal on Monday early afternoon and by late afternoon they contacted me for an appointment the next day. I have several health issues and have been a part of the practice for years, this is one of the reasons I continue to get care there.

Dr Braman is an outstanding care provider! I travel 140 miles to Baltimore to see her since I retired 10 years ago. There is no provider here that I feel safe and secure with! Quality of care can not be measured here. Its a challenge every time you require immediate care.

The first clinician that met me was a third year medical student who needed more work on how to approach the patient initially. I'm happy to expand on this, but I did this at the time. As a medical educator, I guess I'm a little bit biased.

Dr. Braman is an Awesome Doctor, and very lucky to have her as my doctor for 31 years, and hopefully the next. ?

This appointment was not one of my 2x a year well check visits. I think I got an appointment with Dr. Braman as soon as I could. I could have seen another doctor in the practice but I wanted to see Dr. Braman because she is familiar with my history. For the first time ever I waited quite a while before I was seen. It was fine. She had a student working with her and it took a little longer for them to see me.

The doctor is nice to me. She explains well and ask before emplimenting it.

They take the time to answer all of your questions, and in a friendly and courteous manner

I've been seeing Dr. Braman for years now. I wouldn't think it was possible, but she just keeps getting better and better with each checkup. She's very thorough and explains everything in simple terms to be sure I understand. Her medical technician, Tammy,is also very good and friendly. I'll miss her a lot after she leaves.

I understand it takes a while to get a new patient appointment but because it took so long I lost my insurance due to being laid off and had to pay out of pocket. A big expense when you don't have an income.

I have been seeing this provider for years. She is one of my favorites as she is very thorough, professional and personable. I give my highest recommendation for Dr. Randi Braman.

Very nice. Student doctor asked questions to clarify meds etc. and lead to discussion of a heredity neurological disease that has occurred in the family. Interested enough to look into/research something that is an orphan disease with very little information. Hope it helps him in his studies as he moves forward.

Appointments do not begin on time, but that is because this provider does not rush through appointments. She takes the time needed with everyone. So I do not mind starting the appointment late, as I know I will get my fair share of time.

If I am fortunate enough to get Dr. Braman for an appointment because she's really busy, I am always happy with her ability to be caring as well as very thorough and she's extremely knowledgeable. So whenever I can, I love to have my appointments with her.

I received excellent care and understanding as a patient

Due to my regular PCP being on maternity leave, it could not be expected for the doctor I saw to know everything about me and what was needed. I still have no concerns about who saw me.

I've been with Dr Braman for 30 years. I have my lived in the same house for 30yrs. I haven't worked for the same employer for 30 yrs. I haven't been married to the same woman for 30yrs. I think being Dr Braman's patient for 30 yrs, pretty much says everything which needs to be said.
