My experience has always been top-notch, especially with the office staff the nurse practitioner. I would always give her a A1. She completely knows exactly what she's doing and shares her experience. Keep up the good work and keep her on the team as well as everybody in our office.

I felt like a person that staff really worked to make an appointment that was at the most convenient time for me and my mom. I really appreciate with all that I've been going thru with my mother, that after my mom's stay in the hospital, that the Heart Failure Clinic would call me to follow up. In so many circumstances when a family member and patient have experienced a crisis, one is not expedient in making appointments. I am grateful that the Heart Failure Clinic called me allowing this follow up to happen a week after being in the hospital. Thank you
