It was a phone call. She called on time and was interested in what I had to say and encouraged me to try and get back on track with the program, I guess that's what I would call it, and gave me suggestions of how to do that. She suggested counseling as a tool to help. She was kind and patient with me.

Rebekah Richardson has helped me tremendously in my health care journey. During my time with her, she has been super supportive which has helped me successfully lose weight. She is one of the best providers that I've had in many years. Rebekah starts each zoom call with an emotional check-in of how I'm doing and shows genuine concern about my wellbeing. Each visit she gives me positive reinforcement and even when I know I could've done better, she focuses on how far I've come. It's great when a provider makes you feel comfortable because it keeps me, the patient, honest and that in turns helps the provider give good advice in my care.

Most of my questions were answered. Also, I put a lot of my nutrition questions, although not on nutrition. I was pleased overall.
