When I was there at the doctor's office, I had a situation where I was gasping for air and everyone came to my rescue and made sure that I was all right, taking my vitals, checking on me, and letting me know what was going on or what they thought may have been. Robert seemed to be annoyed that he had to help. Told me several times to see another Dr. a gastro Dr.. The resolve was wait it out and we will see. I guess having sever diarrhea for four days wasn't important enough. Waste of money and time for me. Sorry to bother him. His assistant seemed concerned more than him.

Desi was very thorough and informative. He reviewed all of my meds as well as came up with a prescribed plan of action for further testing and exams.

Saw the PA Desi. Of note- I called the office to request prescription for severe sinus congestion. Due to the nature of the ailment I was advised I would either need to come in for an in person visit or telehealth. I opted for telehealth and had an appointment within the hour. Definitely a lifesaver. Desi ENCOURAGED following up if symptoms continued beyond 3-4 days & I really appreciated that he did not make me feel like following up was going to be an inconvenience/burden to him or the office. Before we ended the zoom, he had my RX called in. Kudos to everybody that made this happen!!!

Dr Dezi is extremely knowledgeable and very kind & it is a great comfort in having a provider show sincere concern for a patient. The world would be a better place if we had a million of him

Had scheduled for annual checkup which I expected to see a doctor, but did not. Next appointment is scheduled for May which makes no sense in relation to annual checkup. Seeking another option.

I'm not sure if it's apparent of my mobility limitations. I understand the benefits of movement, but doing daily tasks are becoming increasingly difficult. I do attribute part of my physical limitations to being overweight.

Dr. Rotenberg is the best doctor I've ever had in my life. He is patient, he's understanding, he listens, and he actually helped me. And I took my son to him. My son said this doctor was the first doctor that actually did the things that he needed done to help him with things and help him get himself better. I love Dr. Rotenberg. Thank you.

The provider was new to me and was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful.

We have been looking for a new primary care provider since ours moved away approximately two years ago. We started seeing another provider who was nice but didn't seem to fully be involved in our care. Desi and his staff impressed us from the very start. Interested in our care, professional and we are happy we have found them.

My provider was very informative. He told me things that I really needed to hear. He was very invested in my health being improved. And he was very likable and also very informative. And I was really pleased with my appointment.

Desi and the staff at BW Primary Care are always incredible! They treat me as a person and not as a diagnosis. Desi always listens carefully to what my concerns are and gives me realistic goals and recommendations on how to reach those goals.

He was polite, energetic and willing to be available whenever possible. That was new from Lifebridge past experiences in another doc office. Also had no problem helping me to get my scripts filled where the other office at Quarry was not! I've needed my migraine meds for months and the other NP was not willing to give them to me. I don't have a Neuro appt until November. This doc went out of his way to help me with getting my meds!! Such a relief!!

Dr. Rotenberg was very excited for me as my A1c level and weight went down. I followed his instructions and even bought a label to go over; assuring I was understanding 0g sugars. Also, provided me with information to get a lower cost for D3 and Calcium pills. Dr. Rotenberg showed he really cared and I look for to next year and many more years being his patient.

Dr. Robert is amazing. I've moved and still make the trip to see him because I don't want to have anyone else as my primary care doctor

I love my Provider. He explains things to me in a way that I understand. He answer my questions. And I do not feel rushed when I am with my provider. I am quite comfortable with my provider. I hope we have a long patient/ pa-c relationship. I would definitely recommend him to others.

This is the second or third time the doctor was late for the appointment and left in the middle of the appointment to take care of an emergency. Came back and rushed my appointment. I told him about my pain and basically he said I need to lose weight to resolve the issue. He is not understanding that I'm struggling with menopausal weight gain. I feel like my care does not matter and he rushes me along to be on time for the people he really cares about. I'm never coming back here again or seeing this doctor. My time is disrespected and he generally does not care.

I was extremely pleased with Desi's professional interaction, as well as receiving the BSITP to monitor myself @home.

I was NEVER told I was going to see a PA as opposed to a Dr (which is whom I made a appointment with). No lab in the office so I was to Lab Corp downstairs in the building however the wait was too long; inconvenient. Im not happy.

He asks open ended questions. Provides suggestions how to improve your health status. Discussion about laboratory results, vital signs and weight loss. Preventative care is topic for discussion about prediabetic signs and symptoms . He cares about person and medical diagnosed and preventive care.

My provider was extremely helpful and listened to what was going on. My provider ordered STAT imaging because of the pain I was in and really took the time to listen and tried to help figure out an answer. I felt like Desi didn't give up on me just because I felt like I had abnormal symptoms and felt like he was trying truly trying his hardest to come up with an answer or something to help me

The provider is very knowledgeable and cares about my total health.

I had a problem and was given an appointment first thing the next morning. My appointment was fast and easy with the check in registration sent to my phone a head of time. Everyone was very nice and professional.
