Thought it was interesting that when I arrived 15 minutes earlier as I was told to do, there was no one at any of the three desks. Which is concerning as the one for those coming in to give birth should always have someone there or at least a call button.

Both the sonogram tech and provider were friendly, respectful, and reassuring.

The sonographer left to take a call in the middle of my anatomy scan for 10/12 minutes. We were left waiting to see a doctor for a long time and then were put in a resource room to wait. The doctor seemed a little confused. I read his note later in the day saying that it's possible that I have velamentous cord insertion which he never told me. We were not given any ultrasound pictures.

I appreciate the care and attentiveness that my son is receiving, it's a refresher from other places.

So far it's been pretty good. I have had friendly encounters with my providers

My daughter was treated with respect and everyone was professional I would definitely recommend this facility to people.

Last time I missed my appointment kindly creat new appointment and inform me

I did not feel that we were met with much compassion or bedside manner. More or less lumped into a category of "most people do this and this is the expectation"

The doctor is great. Very knowledgeable and takes time to explain things.
