After my office visit, I had a question for my doctor. The person who took my call was very helpful and kind speaking. Dr. Roby was unable to speak to me at the time that I called, but when he was able to call he did and answered my question.

Dr Roby listened to me, unlike some of my other doctors. Take into consideration that my feelings and concerns are valid, I just wish that my my doctors would get together and discuss my concerns about insulin and why it is so difficult to control. This is my personal opinion ..

You did really well with getting me an appointment and also you did really well with registration and the doctor was very helpful with my condition. But I would have liked to have gotten some information on how to cleanse out my system if someone could give me some information about that. And I am waiting to hear about my test results from the lab work.

Dr. Roby is an awesome doctor. He's my PCP. I never have a problem with any information, getting anything from him. He's always prompt calling me back when I have situations going on. And if necessary, he definitely would make room somehow to get me into that office, normally within a week. If it's an emergency, it's a few days he'll put me in there. Always call you back in a timely fashion. Just an overall awesome doctor. Awesome, Dr. Robert Roby. And the staff are good. They're polite and courteous as well. Yes, you get seen in a timely manner. Dr. Robert Roby has been my doctor for 19 years and the reason for that is because he listens, gets to know his patients inside and out. All aspects of them and their lives. There are only a small handful of doctors I could say that about and he is at the top of the list.

It is very hard to get someone on the phone, I do use the Patient Portal more, because I get quicker results than trying to call. Front desk, there is always a line to check in.

I was attended immediately in a timely manner, I asked Dr. Robert Roby my questions and very attentively and informatively replied my concerns that I left their office very satisfied.

I am a physician in Academic medicine. For my visit, Dr. Roby, had a brand new third year medical student start taking my history. That was fine. Dr. Roby also had the student examine me. That was fine, too. My one suggestion is that, in dealing with a brand new third year medical student (who had not done any previous clinical rotations), it would've been better for Dr. Roby to do a few more aspects of the physical exam after the third year medical student finished. But again, I do strongly support having medical students play this kind of role in my medical care.

Dr Roby is an excellent doctor. He is always been supportive and helpful over the years that I have known him as a patient. The front office staff was very courteous and helped me with questions. I was able to get in right at my appointment time. It is always very easy to schedule an appointment almost whenever I need one. This is the best doctor's office I could ask for. The building is old, outdated without adequate space

Dr. Roby, and staff, were extremely professional and caring and compassionate. From the time I walked in to the time leaving everyone was extremely pleasant. The Hoffberger Building needs valet parking put back! Not having Valet parking hinders patients from coming to the office.

Dr. Roby has been my physician for 20 years. Do not intend to change. He is superb.

Dr. Roby is an excellent doctor. I have had him for years with no complaints. He addressed all my concerns. He called you back. He's prompt with calling you back within an hour or maybe two hours, but he does make sure he calls you back and makes sure he answers all your concerns. And the receptionist there, everyone is just friendly. I have no complaints, and I've been going to Sun Eye for many, many years. Like I said, Dr. Roby is the best. That's it.
