My experience today was good however I was not pleased with my experience communicating thru the patient portal. I was given mis information, that was not for my best interest. When I spoke to Dr Roby, he was unaware. Who is this team & when they say they are forwarding my msg to the doctor do they really ?

Staff provided care, concern and great service!! Dr Roby provides you with excellent time/attention and is Always professional, listens to your concerns, attentive and genuinely cares!!

Dr. Roby is an excellent doctor. I have had him for years with no complaints. He addressed all my concerns. He called you back. He's prompt with calling you back within an hour or maybe two hours, but he does make sure he calls you back and makes sure he answers all your concerns. And the receptionist there, everyone is just friendly. I have no complaints, and I've been going to Sun Eye for many, many years. Like I said, Dr. Roby is the best. That's it.

I think the office functions very well overall. I've been going to Sinai for a long time now and I never have any problem with anyone in the office scheduling or follow-up. Sometimes it gets a little difficult to reach Dr. Roby if I have a question. I never know if I should call or use the online app, I guess. I love the way Dr robey knows his patients. He talks with you about everything and explains everything so you can understand it. He is the best provider you could ask for. He takes and returns your telephone calls and since your prescriptions to the pharmacy in a timely manner.

Area needs to be cleaned!!!!!!

The provider is excellent provider. The provider did assessment, reviewed my medications, explained my condition, lab tests , immunizations I need. Gave prescription for lab tests, called in the pharmacy for my prescription. I got an appointment immediately as I needed for my current medical condition & Diabetes F/U exam Dr. Roby R. is an excellent provider. I health condition is very good.

I have been with Dr. Roby for a long time and my visits with him are always great. He has been a wonderful doctor caring for my needs.

Thorough and informative.

Dr. Roby has been my PCP for many years. I have never had any complaints about his care for me. And his assistants are always professional. I needed an emergency appointment and they were able to accommodate me and got me in the next day. I have recommended Dr. Roby to my family and friends over the years and he has a couple of them as their PCP as well.

I was just saying that. That check-in, if you send me something to check-in online, why do I have to go to the desk and tell them to check-in? The whole purpose is so that I don't have to go to the desk. That's why I check-in on my phone. I think it should be a way that the nurses come from the back. Because that recessionist up there was really, really, really smart, talking about That is really, really crazy. The whole purpose is to check in so I don't have to do all that or stand in a line and nobody's know, no letters up there telling you. I didn't know that, but okay. And the last question, I didn't answer it correctly and I couldn't go back.

Best doctor!

The Provider has always been respectful and professional.

In an annual physical exam, the provider should do a thorough whole body examination. The provider only tapped my chest over clothes and did nothing else.

The telephone (410) 601-6840 to contact my doctor does not work correctly. This number does not allow the call to be answered, instead my calls have been dropped every time. I tried calling this telephone number on three different days with no luck. I like my doctor very much but I'm thinking that I may need to seek another primary doctors as I am unable to contact and communicate my medical needs with him because of this malfunction system. Please advise if this issue is being corrected, or whether there is another method to contact my primary doctor. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The lady that drew my blood was not into me she didn't get the right vein and she hurt me also, I was to have a urine test that didn't happen. I had a bad UTI. From now on I will go to labcorp office to have my blood and urine work done. Thank you.

Caring even about your feelings and personal life.

Dr Roby and me go back a very long way. He knows me and all of the problems that I had.

My appointment was handled in a very professional manner. My waiting time to be seen was less than 5 minutes, although my medical records were available, the doctor knew my history, my meds etc. He asked the appropriate questions, listened to my questions, which he answered to my satisfaction. In my opinion he is the perfect example of how a physician patient relationship should be handled.

I was able to make an emergency appointment the day before, which was a godsend for me. Dr Roby is the best. His staff are always respectful and professional. The lady at the sign in desk was a bit on the abrupt side, waving me off with:you can go sit down now,". Possibly a bad day for her, but I could have done with a smile rather than an attitude.

If you check in on line and answer all of the questions why do you need to receive paper copies to answer the same questions when you arrive for your appointmeny

Was seen ahead of time and treated respectfully.

It's very hard to get an appointment when you are sick. I was lucky they happened to be one available appointment that day, otherwise I would have needed to wait a week. My wife has had the same experience with a different doctor in the same practice and had to go to urgent care instead. You need to be able to see your doctor when you're sick.

Dr. Roby is an excellent provider. Ordered lab tests, X-ray, Ordered, a provided immunization which in was due to take, required. Reviewed my medications Gave education as I need. Updated the examination referrals i.e. eye exam related my med cond. diabetes , orthopedic, podiatrist etc. The provider is very attentive goes above, beyond to treat to keep me perfect state of my health. My health condition is very good. I am very fortunate Dr. Roby having my provider.
