Appointment. Difficult to drive into Balt city for Sinai office. I'm too old and difficult to drive into city, parking garage and cost. Want to change office, there is another LifeBridgeHealth in Howard co. . They told me NO. Very difficult. Thinking of going to another endocrinology office. Have never seen a doctor. Robin M, CRNP, is great.

The office needs to provide samples for patients like other offices do. Not sampling will cause patients to seek other providers that offer that valuable services. Pharmaceutical representatives are still servicing other offices.

Dr. Martinez's bedsideanner was exceptional. She was very polite, informative and pleasant. I have never had a bad or any type of negative feedback from anyone in that office. Everyone is always polite and friendly!

Did not have any issues with the doctor, nurse practitioner, or the technician. Had issues with the check in/check out receptionist who appeared to be bothered and nasty. This person really should not be assisting patients in a medical office. Enough is enough and have requested a transfer to a different specialists. Will miss the doctor and most of his staff, as the are professional and personal.

I am very pleased with my visit. The Provider was very thorough, knowledgable about my condition and gave me excellent advice about how to move forward with a good plan.

I didn't get to see Robin Martinez I saw a regular nurse which helped the best she could , the pharmacy gave me the wrong prescription. Not the Libre 3 as prescribed. The pharmacy needs to be more careful. It was a waste of my money and time, Getting someone to help I had to go twice for the same thing at the endocrinologist, and that's an additional bill. Which I can't afford,

I had excellent care and that's all the time when I come here. It's excellent.

Always concerned about my health and includes me in my treatment plan.

Robin was very detailed and thorough. She reviewed my medical history and developed the best plan for addressing my diabetes.

Didn't see my regular doctor, but the nurse practiser was very helpful.

Entire staff which includes the recepti, the init staff that took my BP and weight, and of course np Martinez were All professional, knowledgeable, patience, courteous ., all things pleasant. This staff and office should be recognized and duplicated.

NP Martinez was great! Very informative and attentive. It was a pleasure meeting her.

The waiting room was mostly empty so I was able to be seen 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment.

She took time to listen to my concerns. She had read through my chart before she came in the room and was aware of my current medical issues. I appreciate the attentions she gave me as a patient.

This is only the second time I've met with Ms. Martinez, but she seems very knowledgeable about my condition. She asks a lot of questions and she seems to be trying to help me stay on course with my condition and medications.

All the information that I needed which regards to my diabetes were given to me. Also I was taken care of on time. Everything was excellent.

I met with the nurse practitioner for the first time. She was amazing.

For the most part, I'm always very pleased with the staff, from the receptionist to the physician assistant, and of course the physician. I can't make any recommendations to do anything different because I think everything went well. So kudos to your establishment.

Robin was extremely helpful in providing quality care.

She explained everything that I need to know in a way that I could understand what I need to do.

My care provider took her time to explain in detail to me about my sugar, and educated me on practices that she advised will bring my sugar level down.

Not given proper instructions on G7 devise. After 4 weeks they shared meter with office. They should have told me at beginning I needed to share meter. And they showed me how to standardize or calibrate devise. Once they knew I was not using proper, they quickly and respectfully showed me. They should have told me they validate parking during first appointment The office tried to validate this appt but it did not work and I had to pay parking.

I felt like I was the only patient on that day I was spoke to with courtesy and respect and listen to in the same manner . I felt important and that my concerns mattered I wanted to give her a hug so good about my experience.

Ms. Martinez was an excellent listener. She gave very good examples of answer to all of my questions with very good answers.

This visit was a great experience the provider listened and helped.

I thought Robin Martinez was a very, or is a very good nurse practitioner. She actually does hands-on. She talks to and educates you. She did a wonderful job. She gave me so much more information that I came in there for, but it was excellent. I thank her for being in a position that she's in.

I registered online and entered the office about 25 minutes before my appointment. I was able to be seen earlier than scheduled which was perfect. I was able to adjust to the new NP and learn a great deal about my condition as well as some nomenclature to recondition my brain toward better health and wellness. Kudos!

Robin was very pleasant and welcoming. She seem very warm and easy to talk to. I don't feel rushed and she answered all of my questions. This was my first time meeting her and she made a good impression and I look forward to working with her.

My appointment did start on times bc they forget to send zoom link along with the call center couldn't reach them right away. It took like 10minutes or more. The front office wasn't on the same page.

When I called to make my appointment I was on hold for approximately 30 to 40 minutes

MS. Robin was most helpful in understanding some the misconception that I had. She genuinely interested in what I had to say and answered questions clearly.

I had an incredible experience with Robin Martinez the physician assistant. She was extremely thorough and took her time reviewing everything. She also took time explaining information to me. Made me feel I was receiving individualized care. I fell in love with the care she gave me. I slso have to mention her pleasant disposition. My experience was excellent and thorough.

Making appointment was difficult. Long wait time (months) for Ellicott City office. Making appointment at Sinai, someone could have explained where to park, name of building,. Just giving address was not good. Everyone was kind and helpful.

I had to wait 45 minutes after my scheduled time only to find out no one had told the doctor that I was there. The doctor had plans to leave and I saw the nurse practitioner who was very nice and understanding.
