I have been a patient of Dr Wilson for four years and very much appreciate all the help she has given me. She answers my questions thoroughly and has provided medications which have been helpful. I also appreciate very much the manner in which she includes my husband in our discussions.

Dr. Wilson did everything extremely well. We had a very positive appointment with her and I was very happy with her responses and her recommendations. So she deserves a 10 plus. Very pleased with this appointment. It was on time and everything went well and she gave us good answers to our questions and good recommendations and observations.

Dr. Robin Wilson is highly knowledgeable in her field and clearly well-intentioned. However, at times her communication style can feel somewhat condescending, and I am occasionally interrupted when trying to speak or ask questions. There are also moments when I feel rushed, as she appears ready to leave before I feel our discussion is complete. While I appreciate her expertise and intentions, the way these interactions come across can sometimes be discouraging.

We look forward to working g with Dr Wilson and her office.

Providing an Uber for transportation enabled me to get to my appointment. If an Uber had not been provided, I wouldn't have made it. Instead my experience was a pleasant one.

Terrible time with PHREESIA!!! Tried several times. Never got in to pre-register. I requested that code be sent by voice to my landline. My phone never rang at all. I watched my phone for the call. Never visibly was seen nor heard?!? However, there were voice mails every time consisting of 3 DIGITS ONLY?!? Unusable!?!

Provider treated family member rudely. Dismissive of concerns. Questioned current level of living. Did not have a holistic approach to cognitive deficits.

The front desk clerk who checked us in was Amazing and had EXCELLENT customer service and treated us so kind and genuine. Give her a Bonus!!!!

Provider was cold and walk away often made faces as to express some frustrations and did not answer any off my question asked about family who do not live in Maryland for a meeting in her office. It was not a happy meeting. I left hurt and humiliated.

Doctor Robin Wilson is the most knowledgeable and caring specialist. My anxiety disappeared just because she spoke with me. I was amazed at the precision of her questions and had a feeling that Doctor Wilson took upon herself part of the weight that I was carrying. Several years ago, I shared with my wonderful PCP that I was afraid my late mother's dementia could be hereditary for me. And my physician said: "Go and see Dr. Wilson. You may need to wait longer but she is worth it." That was the best advice. Doctor Wilson ordered necessary tests and provided me with easy but very important recommendations. That happened in February 2023 and turned out to be very useful this week. I fell at home late last Friday, called Dr. Wilson's office on Monday, received a call back from Doctor Wilson on Tuesday and was seen by her on Wednesday. (It took me serious effort not to type this paragraph in ALL CAPS!) Probably, Dr. Wilson's office is as efficient as she is. Thank you very much!

The office staff mailed me the wrong packet, it should have been the NPH packet for new patient, plus I had to call multiple times just to get an appointment & again multiple time for the packet. I really liked Dr. Wilson & thought she was very thorough.

I fully realize that some of Dr. Wilson's appointments run longer, and she always explains delays etc, and staff keeps you informed. Dr Wilson returns calls very timely, schedules appointments herself, and gets you in to see her quickly. Most Neurologists have 5 week waiting period lbs for appointments. Dr Wilson is thorough and explains everything in a manner that a lay person can understand. We would highly recommend her

Dr Wilson was great! The only reason we had to wait so long was because of a power shortage the day before and she had an overload of patients! She handled it wonderfully!

the power went out as I arrived at the bldg. I am grateful I was still seen as I had waited 4 months for an appt. the registration process was streamlined due to power outage and I had done all online registration and precheck in forms via computer at home. Everyone did the best they could. I waited over 30 mins but given the power outage it was understandable.

Hey, my name is {patient information redacted}, and I gotta say, Dr. Wilson is the best. She gets me, and I appreciate that so much.

Dr. Wilson is a great communicator. She explains things very clearly. I like that she showed us a tangible shunt and how it goes in and how it gets adjusted very easily. She was very supportive and answered all the questions we had.

Dr. Wilson has an amazing gift of presenting information about an eventual terminal outcome with great empathy, establishing a relationship that transcends medical bonds and gives strength to the patient and the family.

The appointment didn't begin on time, the receptionist had trouble understanding referrals, and the doctor was condescending as usual and doesn't inspire confidence. Unfortunately, until we find a different and better one, we'll have to stick to her.

Doctor was both professional and personable. She treated me like an intelligent individual who could understand and give meaningful feedback. She showed genuine concern and offered encouraging ways to stay mentally healthy. I have already recommended her to a friend. I cannot join online patient community at this time, but perhaps sometime down the road, when my schedule permits, I would be interested.

Dr Wilson and the PA who took us back to the room were great. The rest of the people at the desks around the floor seemed checked out and weren't greeting people or even aware of who's coming and going.

I was seen very promptly and the reception staff person was very polite. Dr. Wilson is very knowledgeable about my condition, hydrocephalus, and answered all my questions very clearly and completely. Thanks for the great service all around !!
