We had a bit of confusion regarding the need for a referral, but we got it worked out and on the day of the appointment, the office staffer was able to clearly explain what happened, which I appreciated.

Nothing but great things to say about Dr. Miller and his staff. Everyone is friendly. Not only do they ask me if I have questions but they also ask my son. Any questions I have between appts, I send to Dr. Miller via the portal and he responds quickly.

Hi, we have had an absolutely wonderful experience with cyanai and pediatric endocrinology. We've had wonderful appointments, attentive staff. We were referred to the pediatric infusion center, which also was a wonderful experience. The front desk staff is courteous, attentive. They do anything you ask them to do. The physician is very knowledgeable and takes a lot of time with each patient. We never feel rushed. And the nurses are very communicative via the patient portal. It has been an overall wonderful experience and we could not be more happy with our choice. I am planning on sending an email to the practice manager as well communicating how pleased we've been with our care.

Dr Miller is excellent! He takes time to understand the issue and explain his recommendations. He is always on time and I never feel like he is trying to rush to the next patient. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatric endocrinologist.

The prep provider was fantastic. The staff make me want to look for a new doctor. Plus life bridge was harassing with emails requesting I check-in over and over and over up to the appointment, but then when I came to the appointment they wanted me to stand at the desk and fill out all the exact same forms I did online. It was infuriating and I hate life bridges registration system and I'm never doing it again! I'm ready to change hospital systems because I'm a nurse and I have many options here in Baltimore.

Dr. Miller listens to the patient and makes sure they understand the treatment. He also asks the patient if they have any questions and takes the time to answer the question on their level. Great doctor!

As a parent with extreme concern, Dr Ryan assured me that everything will be okay. Being in the medical field as well, I was able to understand what I was told and am going to hang on to hope and faith that everything will indeed be okay.

The doctor was very professional, very much interested in hearing about my son and hearing from my son about why we were there as a new patient. Explain to me what blood work he was going to do and why and reassured me that we would get to the bottom of the concern I had one way or another. The staff was absolutely amazing and polite.

Dr Miller is exactly who we hoped for in a pediatric specialist: he explains things in an easily understandable and calm way, included our 5 year old in the appointment making sure to ask if they had questions, and gave us very clear instructions on what symptoms to call him about. Could not recommend him highly enough!
