I had the best general practice visit with Dr. Safia Tasneem that I've had in decades. She had an excellent bedside manner, was genuinely curious about my health history, didn't dismiss my concerns, and took steps toward finding a resolution. Moving forward, I would like Dr. Tasneem to be my primary care physician.

Dr. Tasneem is exceptionally bright, caring, and approachable. I give her the highest possible rating.

I was saddened when Dr Tasneem left Columbia Medical Plan. I was in the process of attempting to find another Family Practitioner at CMP when it was reveled to me the location that Dr Tasneem was practicing at. I went home and made am appointment.

I saw Dr. Tasneem because my primary Dr Siva was booked. Dr. Tasneem was extremely nice and made me feel vey comfortable with our first meeting. When Dr Siva retires, I will pick Dr Tasneem for my new primary doctor.

This was a very positive experience. I am new to this practice but not this doctor and this experience was an improvement on her prior practice.

Much better than many appointments in the past. The office people were more friendly this time. I have been with this group many years. In the past I always felt I was an annoyance that just went with the job. Very unfriendly atmosphere.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Tasneem (spelling?). She was attentive and listened carefully to my symptoms then suggested reasonable treatment. Shes an impressive new addition to the Laurel office, you chose well.

Everything was ok. The doctor seem to think I wasn't that sick. No empathetic to how I was feeling at the time. Almost as is I was making up how I was feeling.

I had been at the same practice for 30 years. I have been a patient of Dr Tasneem for 10 of those years. I followed her from the prior practice because every time I needed her she was there. I trust her. Dr Tasneem is competent and caring.

Dr. Safia was very, very patient. She was not really, I'm not her patient. Dr. Safia is my doctor. I saw her in an emergency situation. So she did very well to the best of my ability with the little information, you know, that was provided to her in such a short time. I was in chronic pain from a pinched nerve and she was able to prescribe me non narcotic medication that would help me to master through my pain. But she was very patient. We joked together. We laughed together. She was explaining how well Dr. Safia was, to me because we love Dr. Safia , but I know Dr. Safia is going to be leaving soon, and she will most likely take Dr. Safia's place.

Dr Tasneem was Excellant , I had never seen her before yet I felt comfortable that she was listening and looking out for my best care .

I was a new patient and I did not experience any major issues during my visit. I plan to continue to seek medical care from this provider.

The office and the staff and the new doctor for me were perfect. The only thing I don't like about this office is that they do not send me my test results in paper format that I have to get on to the computer and I'm an elderly person and that is not something I do easily.

It's a refreshing change from the medical group that I used to patronize.

Everything was exceptional from the receptionist, wait time, Dr Tasneem and the PA. The only thing that was difficult was calling the office for an appointment. I waited on hold for approximately an hour.

I followed my doctor to this facility and appreciate the service. I would just like to suggest a different medium of checking a patient's blood pressure, like using a blood pressure machine instead of a manual cuff, which sometimes is not accurate. I have never had a blood pressure reading of greater than 100 SBP, and found myself with a reading greater than 130 SBP. Even though I expressed my concern, it was never rechecked.

Dr. Tasneem has been our Family Doctor for several years at Columbia Medical. When she left there and became a part of Potomac Physicians our family decided that we wanted to keep her as our Family Doctor so we left Columbia Medical too. Great seeing Dr. Tas again! Sharna at Reception was nice and very helpful getting us information on the portal and setting up our next appointments. Nurse Taleeza (hope I got that right) was also nice and very thorough. Our first visit at Potomac Physicians was really good. No one seemed rushed and everyone made sure that we were okay.

I had a new doctor yesterday so she and I will get to know each other I have been with this practice for about thirty some years and I have been with about five are more doctor's and each one of them were New to me all so. But Tonya always hooked me up with the good ones so ill see you in six months for another check up

I followed Dr. Tasneem from her prior practice because she is such a wonderful doctor. All of the staff were helpful, kind, and courteous. I was also very happy that they took my blood pressure manually so the result was much more accurate than from a machine, and recorded my body weight after allowing for clothing weight, also more accurate.

This was my first visit with these providers and I was impressed and happy that I changed to this firm because of Dr. S. Tasneem. She was my primary physician at another firm.

My first visit with Dr. Tasneem was excellent. She was attentive, took the time to listen to my concerns, and offered thoughtful guidance. The office staff I interacted with were also pleasant and professional, contributing to a positive overall experience. However, the interaction with the LabCorp attendant was disappointing. She was neither pleasant nor professional. Due to Dr. Tasneem being new and not yet appearing in the system, she was unable to complete my blood draw. After a 30-minute wait, she informed me that she could not resolve the issue and that no one in the office was willing to assist her. Ultimately, she directed me to another LabCorp location. During this time, she was also playing audio in a foreign language on her phone, which I found to be unprofessional in a healthcare setting.

Timely, professional and knowledgeable. I only wished your examination bed could be lower to accommodate people with physical disability like me who find the step high to climb.
