Dr. Sola-Rufai treated my foster son with professionalism, excellence, and that wonderful mix of playfulness and thoroughness to examine a squirmy 1 year old. She called me with the results of his xrays the next morning and counselled me on next steps if he wasn't feeling better. We had a wonderful experience with her and would highly recommend her.

my appointment was at 1pm for a flu shot. I was told to come atleast 15 minutes early to update insurance card but the staff was on lunch break. We werent seen until 1:30 for a 1minute flu shot

The experience at Sinai would be better if things were done timely. I spent of the appointment waiting rather than my children being seen. The doctor scheduled blood work knowing when the lab closes and did not mention it to me so my children could have went to get blood drawn while we were just sitting in the waiting area. Instead I have to take more time off work to now schedule lab work.

The front staff was not friendly and even I had to talk she cut me off. She was not willing to listen. She was curt and rude. The physician was 45 mins late for the appointment. We appreciated that we were seen. The patient thought the physician was nice.
