REGISYRATION SUCKED

I would like to be able to renew medications online, like B W Primary Care.

At times the physicians accent is hard to understand, so I hesitate to keep asking questions I have not been a patient of his for long enough to feel totally comfortable.

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Haider and KCC. I am very fortunate to be under their care.

I have never had a single bad experience here. Everyone is kind, respectful, helpful, and always puts me at ease.

It's a stressful appointment for me but everyone is so kind and efficient it helps to make it easier. It's especially nice that I'm seen by Dr Haider in a timely manner so I don't have to wait long in the exam room to get my blood test results after the nurse is finished.

From the middle I walked into the door, I was treated with kindness and love. The reception, billing Doctor medical assistant was the Best. They treated me like family!!!

This facility as a whole no longer feels like a cancer care office - it is run like a business and feels like a job interview instead of a medical appointment. The sign in process is unnecessarily complicated.

Every thing went very smoothly and good understanding with my appointment.

Doctor Haider has grown in his role during the approximately 2 years since he joined the practice. It's good to see him more confident and comfortable with his position. His relaxed approach makes me feel like I'm getting the best possible care.

I thought everything was exceptionally well when I went to the doctors with the reception and the nurse and so forth. I did have a little misunderstanding on the diagnosis of one of the blood tests. I should have probably asked more questions or he could have given me another explanation as to what that particular test involved and I'm still not sure about it. It was called A-N-T-I-C-A-R-D-I-O-L-I-P-I-N space AB, IG, capital G space M, QN. I didn't quite understand that. He just said that was the test that was high.

Dr. Haider was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He knew my past and present medical history. Very pleased.

Find it awkward and strange that provider asks to examine breasts by lifting clothes, I usually decline an exam because he makes it so uncomfortable.

My new supplement insurance was not in your system as my other Dr's. offices were. Was not happy about that. The insurance was Mutual of Omaha plan N.

The receptionist, volunteers and all staff for check in were exceptional. The nurse was exceptionally. The provider was professional but not very personal and i needed to ask a lot of questions to get the information I desired at appointment. But he was very professional.

I love this doctor - he is always happy and encouraging and polite. He never rushes me. He always answers my questions.

Have been going to this facility for a fairly long time and everyone has always treated me with kindness and respect.

Dr. Haider's office is extremely professional. They get you right in, right out. You don't sit, you don't wait. He tells you right what the problem is, how to take care of it. They set you up with your appointment for the next time. They give you a printout of your blood work. They send it over to your provider to have your blood work done. It's very, very easy. He gives great service. He's very, very professional. And at first I was afraid to go see him, but he's very kind and he's very thorough and he's very professional and I would recommend him highly to anyone. Thank you.

I make a 3 hour drive to get there. I'm sure there are other doctors closer but I don't want to change. Not because I dislike change, but because I think they're worth the drive.

When I first entered the facility there were 3 people behind the main front desk, one being a Security guard on his cell phone, another in front of a computer and another in front of me handling paperwork. Not a single one looked up from what they were doing to greet me or say hello. I then said Good Morning and a volunteer from the back came out to ask my name. What a poor first impression and a lack of respect or care for patients entering the facility.

Dr. Sajjad Haider is a medical professional who cares deeply about his patients and their unique health challenges. He is patient and answers all questions or concerns that I share. I trust his knowledge, capability & care. I am blessed to have him as my doctor.

I often feel rushed with this provider. I am not sure his listens or understands my concerns.

So far this has been a good experience

I respect Dr. Haider as my Medical Uncologist and have asked questions and received answers from him. I feel confident he will advise me on my cancer treatment!

I saw Dr. Haiders nurse practioner. She was great knew my past history and was personable and made me feel good.

Dr. Haider and ALL staff are always thorough with explanations of my current health status and on top of my blood work. If there is anything amiss, it is addressed in a timely manner. I have been coming to this Cancer Center since it was founded and I've always been reassured and cared for in an extremely kind and professional way. I am grateful to all the office support staff, nurses, technicians, nutritionist and doctors who give me continuing reassurance and support to continue the fight and live the best life I can. The doctor had another obligation so I saw his assistant, I believe a PA or maybe his RCNP. I was notified prior to my appointment.

Everyone treated me as if I was the only one they were taking care of.

I have always been treated with respect and kindness. Dr Haider is easy to talk to and always explains things in normal terms not all medical jargon.

Registration went beyond what was expected. Dr. Haider was very informative and took time to answer my questions.

I'm currently cancer free... I'm bringing my wife to see Dr.Haider for her cancer... What more can I say??!!

I made the appt on a Tuesday evening for Friday morning. I arrived and registration did not have any paperwork on me. They checked and they would send the paper to them. The lady in the registration office said she would start checking me in even though she did not have the paperwork. It arrived and she finished the check-in. I was in the registration office 20 minutes and late for my appointment about 10 minutes.

They are always nice and polite and make sure that you are taken care of.

Volunteer keep insisting I needed to "go upstairs". She finally got it right!

Unfortunately my appt was messed up however every effort was made to accommodate me. I did not see Dr Haider but was able to see beth Henderson an np who took very good care of me. The entire staff got me thru a difficult day. Thanks to all of you

The on-line check in experience is pretty tedious. My insurance information is in the system but I was asked to copy the cards at least 3 times.

I use the online registration, yet still have to go over to registration for like one form. Please add it to the online process!

Very positive medical experience. Staff were respectful and caring. Appointment began on time and Dr. Haider addressed all concerns.

I had to request to have a robe, prior to Dr Haider coming in the room. I believe the patient should be asked to change if a breast exam is being done, I have seen Dr Haider several times and asked to disrobe with him waiting. He has never been disrespectful, but it feels inappropriate asking to bear your breasts in that manner.

It was a very positive experience. I was surprised to learn that I continue to have cancer and will need to continue on medication for the rest of my life. I was impressed by him and my nurse. I liked that I was given a very informative binder with all the indo in it.

Had to get bloodwork which I had done at Lab core the week before, than after drawing 2 vials of blood, they come back and said that my bloodwork that I had done the week before was fine, they viewed someone else's chart, so the bloodwork was not really needed, waste of time! Doesn't make you feel real confident in a place where your health and life is concerned. First time this happened, hopefully not to be repeated.

When we first arrived we were helped by Nancy. She was personable and kind. I liked her very much. The nurse that helped us was very nice and helpful. Dr Haider was very kind and explained everything to us. He told us what to expect and when. We liked him very much. I would recommend him to anyone!!

I have been on a 4 year cancer journey which began with Dr Kruter. I did chemo and everyone was wonderful. Unfortunately did not get to ring the bell but maybe someday. Have now developed new health issues and Dr. Haider is on top of that as well. Doing new blood tests and medicines etc. could not recommend him and everyone from the time I walk in the door until I leave.

I was treated for breast cancer in 2006 and have had all of my follow ups done here. I moved to North Carolina in 2016 and still have come to Dr. Kruter , and now Dr. Haider , to be seen. I value their and this facility's expertise and professionalism. Everyone has accommodated my schedule so far despite my living out of state.

Kahlert Center staff are very good. Jacqueline is a good nurse navigator and comminucates with me when I need clarification or information of any kind.
