Great experience

Everyone was very nice. The doctor had reviewed my chart before coming in for my appointment, so she was ready to discuss my concerns. I felt anxious when I arrived at the appointment, but Dr. Jhawar answered my questions, and explained my condition thoroughly with me.

Dr. Jhawar explained things to me on my level and was not condescending. I really liked her. She instilled trust in her.

Hard to get an appt but great experience when there

After meeting with Dr Jhawar, I am much more optimistic about treatment for my diabetes.

I'm glad I met my endocrinologist and very satisfied with the services she has provided and assisted with my getting healthier after the thyroidectomy she suggested due to its malfunction. Ty for everything she provided for my getting back to health in a needed timely fashion. Forever greatful!

Did not feel heard by provider

This was our first visit. She was very thorough and seemed genuinely interested

The doctor took her time and listened to all of my concerns and made me feel reassured. She also took the time to discuss other medical issues I was having that were not related to my appointment.

Everyone was nice, helpful and informative. The doctor listened to me and advised me as well. I felt cared for and informed when I left.

As a new patient, I was impressed with her knowledge of my past medical history. She also appears to be very knowledgeable with my Tandem insulin pump. Only time will tell how knowledgeable. Easy on the eyes also.

I have already recommended Dr. Jhawar to my daughter.

I came to get a Prolia. shot, and I had told the staff when I made the appointment. However, they did not check to see if my insurance would pay for the shot. So, they were unable to give me the shot after I had driven 20 miles. Their system does not work well enough to be able to check with the insurance while the patient waits. So, I have to come back a second time to do what should have been done first time.

This is very clean facility, very clean!!

The provider said she was going to give me info on the med she would be prescribing but didn't. Or when i would get test results and know when my med would be approved by insurance. Otherwise so compassionate and throrough and she took time to hear me and talk about possible root causes. I really enjoyed my experience and Im hopeful about finding the root cause to my issues. Took over 4 months to get an appointment.

It was quite a long distance but that is simply the fault of geography.

It was great, the Dr was amazing and very understanding and very pleasant. The tech and receptionist were very nice. And the facility was beautiful

The doctor did not want to check my neck I had to ask her to. When checking my neck she but almost no pressure. I gave her my family history and she seemed uninterested when it came to my concerns. The doctor did not want to do any bloodwork to see if there were any underlying or not easily identified problems. She did not want to do further testing. I felt completely dismissed as if I she felt I was a making things up. I will be finding another doctor for a second opinion, as I don't feel the doctor even took my concerns or my primary doctor's concerns as valid.

I have not been able to get a code so that I can get a patient portal. Was told I would get an email but have been waiting a couple days and haven't received it.

The women who checked me in was very attentive and friendly.

She was very dismissive of what I had to say and cut me off and said "hashimotos only has a genetic component". I already did my own research before coming, so I know that's false. If you do a quick search you'll find hashimotos is often triggered and aggravated by environmental factors. So not only was she incorrect, but she cut me off and refused that what I was saying could have any truth. I want to find the root cause of my disease and not just solely treat the symptom. So if an infection is causing my hashimotos to flare I want to treat that, or whatever the cause

Dr Jhawar knew what was in my chart ahead of time. She spent time asking me questions and giving me answers. The most personal attention I've had in a very long time.
