I'm a patient of Dr. Grice. He is a phenomenal, awesome doctor. I came in with breathing problems. He quickly assessed me, gave me a treatment right on site, prescribed medication that is very much helpful, made me get an x-ray right away. He cares. He knows his patients. Well, he knows me. He's been my doctor for a few years, and I'm happy to be under his care. And yeah, that's all I want to say. He's awesome.

A very professional experience!

I was very impressed with my Dr. Grice's performance. When he entered the room, he already had the opportunity to read my history, to see what issues I've been experiencing, what's been going on with me. He had alternatives to the problems and issues I had before I could get out his office and get two miles down the street. I had the physical therapist calling me. I had advanced radiology calling me. He was very thorough and I was very pleased. Thank you.

Dr.Grice is a excellent physician

I feel that the providers will take the time if you have any questions to address all your questions. However, I feel that they are on some type of quota and feel rushed.

I felt like my provider was better and more thorough with my concerns.

At times the doctor just seemed a bit in a hurry to get things done and explaining information. I being younger was able to keep up but I fear for those that might be a bit older in trying to keep up with how fast the doctor was communicating I information to the patient.

Dr. Grice, when I called in, I told him I had a problem with my jaw, which they knew was dental, but yet they let me come to the office only for him to say, I don't see you for that. They could have told me that when I told him what the problem was. I could have went to the dentist. It was totally an unnecessary trip, and I was pretty stoked about it. It could have been avoided. And my insurance had to pay for just a visit that they couldn't help me with anyway. I'm not too happy with Dr. Grice. Probably like to change doctors. So when and if you get this message, please help me with this transition. Thank you.

My doctor has always been great from day one. He is very understanding. He gives the best medical advice. Only thing that I would improve on is to have some clinic soft music to make people feel more comfortable, not so clinical, but the doctor and the staff is amazing. If anything, I would say just play like some elevator music, soft jazz or something like that. Just, it'll help lower blood pressure for people as well or ease the nerves or anything. Just a little soft music. That's the only thing I have to say. Other than that, I like that doctor. I hope he stay, because I'm not going nowhere else. And if he go, I'm going to follow, because he is amazing.

An extremely reliable, courteous, , thorough, and friendly medical experience now, and for many years in the past. Dr Grice is always very organized and aware of my medical background, and direction forward. It is always good to see him . And also to see Jackie at my reception, and for my departure appts. She has the same pleasant personality she had as a younger girl, and is now a wonderful lady. Continuity is very important, and unfortunately increasingly rare. . Dr Grice and all the staff combine for a welcoming and seamless medical experience. P. S. I literally did not know that the Tech who gave me the Flu shot had given it and was finished. ! As usual my experience revealed the upmost professionalism and knowledge displayed by the provider.

I received excellent care and the staff were knowledgeable, kind and caring.

I arrived for my appointment that was scheduled apparently for the call center and was told that I had no appointment scheduled. The call center is not communicating with the doctor's office. This is a terrible inconvenience. I was dealing with a UTI and it may be experientially challenging.

I'm always treated with the utmost respect and courtesy by Dr. Grice and the entire staff.

My experience was pleasant and helpful.

I love everything about this office and Dr Grice! The worth part in my opinion is the new system of contacting the office. You cannot call directly, you have to wait in line or wait for return call from some middle person, who's not really know and don't bother to check your history with your doctor. Wonderful doctor but terrible communication!

I am proud to have Dr. Grice as my Health Care Provider. He shows he cares about my health. I feel comfortable speaking with him about my conditions. I believe he gives me the best medical advice I can receive and he holds nothing back. I wish I had more time with him during the visit to talk about some things I wanted to add to our conversation, but the visit goes really fast. After I got home yesterday and spoke with my family about the visit, it was then, that there was something I should had shared with him, that turned out to be an urgent matter and I should go to the emergency room right away. But that was on me, not Dr. Grice, because he was not made aware of my condition during my visit with him. I appreciate Dr. Grice.

When calling to confirm my appointment,I was on hold with a call center for almost 30 minutes. You should not have to go through a call center, but be able to reach the office.
