I walked into the office that morning with knee and back pain. Anela (not sure of spelling) gave me cortisone shots in both knees. The next day I had no back or knee pain. It was great. I have always had a great experience in both the Eldersburg and Westminster offices. Everyone from the front desk to the providers are all very nice and helpful.

Waited 40 minutes past appointment time to be seen. Then saw the PA not the Dr until the last 5 minutes of my appointment.

I was disappointed i didn't receive print out of all the verbal information for visit and plan of care. P.A. was wonderful. I asked for all written out. I received a piece of paper minimal notes. Overwhelming crisis i wanted all notes of visit. Computer issue i don't know.

Office was running over an hour late. Once seen, everything was good, but very frustrating to wait over an hour.

Seeing all the top marks and high praise I have given in this survey, anyone might wonder if I completely understand the purpose or how to fill in each category. The fact is that I had an excellent experience with Carroll Orthopedics and feel certain that once the results from the MRI come in, the issues with my knee will be resolved in the best manner possible. The Doctor and staff inspired confidence and I felt treated as an individual, with respect and attention.

This group of professionals from the front desk,all the tech's, PA. and the Doctors are the best.Always have a positive attitude when I see them.

Dr Matz has provided excellent health care to me for 20+ years for arthroscopic and eventual replacement knee surgery. I couldn't have received better care from anyone else. His staff, especially his PA Anela, reflects his same personality and professionalism. My good fortune to have him as my orthopedic physician.

The check in person, check out person, and everyone I dealt with in-between exceeded my expectations in treating me well. Everyone was fantastic! The PA and the Dr. answered all my questions, never made me feel like any of my questions were foolish or not important. My concerns were addressed with answers I could understand and explain to my family. That's a win ?
