Hi, just to start, the girls that are out in the front are wonderful. They make you feel at ease and they make you happy. Dr. Ruby is a wonderful doctor. I'm so glad that I found her or my doctor did. She really listens. She really tells you whatever you need to know. She answers your questions without trying to get you to hurry up like most doctors do. She knows what she's doing. She's helping me to feel better about having what it is I have wrong with me. She just is a great person and I really like her a lot.

An all around good visit

Dr. Ruby has such a great bedside manner. She is very professional, friendly, and most importantly caring!!!

Someone else made the appt. I would like to know how that went. I was very upset over the problem dealt with. nothing was resolved but the reason had nothing to do w/Dr. Ruby. She is a very good physician. I feel blessed because she is my doctor.

The whole experience from the front desk staff to the provider(s) was perfect in every way. Everyone we encountered was extremely kind, helpful and courteous. I'm used to feeling rushed at an appointments with a specialist, but this was such a pleasant change, and it's hard to pinpoint or explain accurately, but the best way I can put it is that Dr Ruby made the whole appointment seem/feel as though I was the only patient there was. I can't even think of any way there could be any improvements, everything was perfect.

I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the facility and the staff. A great experience for a not so great test. Dr Ruby was outstanding and keep me at ease.

Dr. Ruby advised me that I was doing better and that I didn't have to come back in 6 months. Next appointment 1 year unless I need to see her sooner and to call. Everyone is so nice!

Dr Ruby was extremely thorough. She spent time addressing my concerns and explaining various ways to help with my health. The visit was overall a positive experience

It was thorough, understandable and helpful. The staff and Dr were polite and respectful and made sure I understood the information that was shared .

Dr Sandra Ruby is exactly what you want in a doctor- expert in her field, caring, attentive ( looks directly at you and is responsive when you are speaking). You feel she sees you as a real person with concerns and not just another patient lined up waiting for her.

Every thing went well except when I got home making the appointments I needed the staff didn't tell me that they were to make the EEG appointment for the hospital. Luckily I called back to talk with them .

I had the best time. They gave the best service. I would not go anywhere else but to them. They are the best. Believe me on that.

Dr Ruby is one of the better doctors I've met and I'm 74yr old. She is technically very good and explains what she is doing to relieve my stress and concerns. I will always recommend her care to anyone needing such care.
