One of the most professional and compassionate offices I have ever been in. Dr. Loeffler and her staff are such an asset to our community. I can't say enough about how amazing and helpful they are. A model for all of our other LB Health offices!

This office never follows up they never call me when the doctor says they're going to the doctor never calls me herself they have a real problem with follow-up I have waited for months to get a test done that they told me I needed done so now I have to pay for another ultrasound because they did not do my biopsy in a timely fashion so they're costing me more money than I should have to spend I really do not like the fact that the doctor never responds and I don't like the fact that all they ever say is oh sorry we were on vacation oh sorry we were on vacation they have every excuse in the book but never when I apologize or never want to make up for the fact that they leave their people hanging that's my biggest complaint with this practice

Dr. Loffler has been my doctor for a little over a year now. I've been through several different endocrinologists and I was sad when I got the letter stating that she is possibly leaving the practice. However, I understand that she's, you know, definitely worth moving up and I understand that, but I love Dr. Loeffler. I've never had an endocrinologist who would sit down and listen to me and talk to me one-on-one and take the time with me and explain everything to me in just a really great way. And I just, I love Dr. Loeffler.

The staff at Carroll Endocrinology along with Dr. Loeffler are simply the best. She is down to earth and realizes that diabetes is a disruption to peoples lives and that for alot of people Diabetes management means very great life changes. My A1C was 14 when I first began seeing Dr. Loeffler and although it has taken time from an uncooperative patient (me) to get there, her efforts, patience and careful treatment, my A1C at this appointment was 6.9! A personal best! Thank Carroll Endocrinology, you're the best!

I always like to see Dr. Loeffler because she is interested in what your health is and she's always able to find out something for you if you have a question, as I did with my ankles. And I appreciate that, especially from a doctor. Hope I keep her forever.

As usual a fantastic experience with the entire office. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Loeffler. She begins by sitting down across from you and catches up on any health issues, new meds, D/C meds and any dosage changes. Then you talk about what med changes she is making and verify pharmacy. Then she gives the most through examination, from checking neck and thyroid, lung and heart sounds and a good foot examination. Her staff while talking with the doctor, they interrogate my Libre 3. Yesterday as usual I was very pleased and impressed with my visit. I would like to also say the receptionist was fantastic. She thanked me several times for doing online checkin, and was very efficient with scanning my new medical card. I give Dr Loeffler and the entire staff 5 stars out of 5. ?????

Doctor Loeffler is the most kind and caring doctor I have ever had. She listens to my concerns and takes appropriate action or makes recommendations. Her staff is great. Never had a bad appointment there. Always on time and I never feel rushed or unimportant. Have recommended this doctor on several occasions.

Dr. Loeffler is an amazing doctor. She's smart. She's very kind and takes all the time that you need. There's only one thing that is a little bit of concern and that is that it's happened several times now that right before my visit that I've waited months for, you know, on a revisit schedule, I am canceled and then I have to totally reschedule again. And I'm not sure why that is, but that doesn't stop me from going and loving the practice dearly. Thank you. Bye-bye.

Excellent experience she took extra time to explain everything and extremely knowledgeable with me and the protocols for my history and age.

Dr. Loeffler is exactly what you want in an endocrinologist. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, current with the science, and genuinely curious rather than dismissive. I came in with a detailed list of labs and questions, and instead of brushing them off, she leaned in, discussed the rationale behind each one, explained what was useful, what wasn't, and why. When she felt a test wasn't reliable, she didn't just say no she ordered a better alternative and explained the reasoning. She treats you like a thinking adult, not a checkbox. The visit felt collaborative, data driven, and focused on long term health, not rushed protocols or outdated dogma. On top of that, she's approachable, sharp, and clearly passionate about what she does. You can tell she actually enjoys endocrinology and staying on the cutting edge. If you want a doctor who listens, explains, and takes your health seriously this is the one. Highly recommend.

I really like Dr. Loeffler. I just wish she and other endocrinologists in general had a broader view of thyroid conditions and didn't just test for TSH and one other level. I realize they have a ton of patients to see but there's more to thyroid and other hormones the typical western medicine approach comprehends.

She solicits my comments, listens to my concerns, explains her diagnoses and recommendations in detail. She researched treatments for my conditions that accommodate my disabilities and thoroughly explained pros and cons so I could make an informed decision I accepted a treatment. She always spends adequate time with me, treats me as a unique individual and devotes her entire attention to my problems; I never feel rushed. She demonstrates the best standards of her profession.
