She was very caring and willing to spend as much time as necessary. I also appreciated that the nurse said that Sarah was running behind and apologized for the delay.

I was impressed by the entire staff by their professionalism and the care that I was given. I have alreadyrecommended Sarah to a friend looking for a new health-care provider.

The provider Sarah Dedmon was very interested in learning about me as this was my first visit meeting her. Since I had lost (2) primary cares in this practice in 2 years, I was a little anxious how this new Nurse Practitioner would be. I was very pleased & hope she stays for a long time.

I am so happy to have a provider (Sarah Dedmon) that actually cares and takes the time to get to the root of problems. Also, the front reception staff are all amazing! Especially Kandace!

Only headache was the awful AI Lifebridge phone system. It is the worst one i have encountered. In the future, i may just drive to the office to make an appointment rather than deal with it.

I have been sick for 3 weeks and have an upcoming surgery. Much better but extremely drained, fatigued and in a fog. Saw Sarah who gave me a list of supplements to take that will help boost my energy level more quickly. Was very happy and comfortable with her. She went over and above for me. A+ Thank you Sarah and to the MA who took my vitals and EKG. She was a sweetheart too!

My former provider left the practice suddenly recently. Sarah DEDMON took her place and I was very impressed with her. She properly introduced herself upon meeting me and she then took the time to listen to me regarding my complaint. Having to meet a new doctor can be daunting but I very much appreciate Ms Dedmon's knowledge and bedside manner.

Sara was very pleasant and really prepared to diagnose me. She included me in the treatment options, explaining the Rxs that were available including possible side effects. I felt heard and cared for by Sara. I would gladly see her again if and when my health warrants. The med tech was also very kind

I like how the doctor listened to my concerns and she addressed each and every issue and now we're working on it to come to an end where my past doctor wasn't listening to me so I really appreciated that.

Appointment didnt start on time at NO fault of the office. They were extremely busy and had some emergencies while I was there that had to be dealt with first as mine was not critical.

This was my 1st time seeing this provider and she made me feel very comfortable. I enjoyed my visit with her. She was runny behind however I understood since she is fairly new to the office.

PCP is great, front office staff is wonderful, Lifebridge phone tree and appointment system is beyond horrible. I had to show up in person to make my appointment because the remote robot said I couldn't have one.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 11/5/2025
This was my first appointment with Sarah, and I felt very secure after meeting with her. She was very thorough, conscientious, kind, and I felt very encouraged by this doctor visit. I was considering leaving the practice until I met with her because Susie had been my nurse practitioner and she had left, and I was concerned about finding another good quality provider. So I will be staying because of Sarah. Thank you.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 11/4/2025
Thus was my first time meeting Sarah. I found her to be very caring. There seems to have been a lot of turnover at thus office (my last provider left this practice fairly quickly). I hope Sarah stays. She is an asset to thus practice.

The experience was very, very well. My doctor was very informed of almost everything that we talked about. And I forget what I was talking about. Yes, I was very happy with my new doctor.

Sarah Dedmon was new to me. I was very impressed by her thorough discussion of my condition and her caring manner. I am pleased that she is my new GP.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 10/20/2025
My experience with Ms. Dedmon was absolutely amazing. At 40 years old this is the first time in my life where I felt a medical professional listened to me. She asked great questions, she listened to my replies, she asked for more clarity when needed, she asked my opinion and feelings about topics. I truly can not fit on this page just how great I felt after my appointment. I felt great knowing I was healthy. I felt great knowing she listened. I felt great knowing I was comfortable returning for follow up visits. I hope someone reads this. Truly reads what I wrote and takes it tho whomever is in charge. THIS is what a medical appointment should feel like. THIS was the experience every patient dreams about. Please make sure Ms Dedmon gets the accolades she deserves for treating a patient with this level of care.

Thanks to Sarah I had one of the best doctors visits I've had since {patient info redacted to protect privacy}. I was "wowed" when Sarah took the time to get to know "me" as a person before beginning the exam since it was the first time we met. She took the time to go over any concerns I had and respectfully came up with solutions and options that I felt comfortable with. Although I wasn't feeling good and not myself I left the office feeling cared for above and beyond! Thank you Sarah!

No issues with this visit

You have screwed up your phone system, and you need to fix it. When I need to call my doctor's office, I need to do so in a timely manner. When I dial my Westminster doctor's office, I do not need to be interfered with by someone in Ellicott City. Ellicott City always asks, "How can we help you?" and I always reply, "You can help me by connecting me with the phone number that I actually dialed! You can help me by getting out of the way!" According to my doctor's office, you did this foolishness so you could be "just like other firms." Why do you set your goal so low? Don't be a sheep; if everyone else is doing something absurd, that doesn't mean that you should copy their bad example. Get out from between me and my doctor's office! Stop being a roadblock!

As far as the office visit was concerned, everything was very good. I absolutely despise the new LifeBridge calling center. I will go in and visit the office before I call and go through that center. That's the only suggestion I have. Get rid of the answering center that has to make you hold on. Make your call back. They get the message wrong. It's so inappropriate. It's horrible.
- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 10/12/2025
The season's appointment was somewhat cumbersome due to the fact that I had to call numerous times. Wait time was terrible. Providers just did not listen, did not seem to care about my overall general health, my general concern of why I was in the office that day.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 10/9/2025
The call center is most annoying.
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 10/10/2025

Don't like the "new " call center system. It separates the patient from the doctor.

It was a very good meeting and she is fully committed to my health.
