Sarah Eby, MD

Sarah Eby, MD is a board-certified physician specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Eby earned her medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed her residency at University of Virginia. She performs inpatient PM&R consults at Northwest Hospital Center, FutureCare Cherrywood, Sinai and Levindale Hospitals. She sees patients with many diagnoses that affect their function, including stroke, spine and brain injury, cancer, orthopedic injury and surgery, and complex medical conditions causing debility.
