Nurse Sarah Taylor is a likeable wonderful provider and an exceptional person. I'm elated to use her services along with the office staff.

I have a history with this doctor, and he continues to provide good information, care options, and professionalism.

I've been trying to reach Sarah Taylor about my test results and the treatment she prescribed. I've left 2 follow up phone messages and not gotten a return call. There has been no responses to my urgent questions.

Since this was the first time I saw Sarah Taylor, she was very efficient with my issues. I am glad I was able to get an appointment with her as soon as possible.

I am concerned that the medications listed on the report that I received were not accurate. If some were used in the past but need to remain on file, it might say "discontinued on xx/xx/xxxx." If I wind up in a hospital/ ER I would expect them to get up-to-date meds. The lab would be the ones to tell me when the test results would be ready, rather than the treater.

Sarah had a very warm, caring and sincere concern throughout my visit. I am not one that likes going to doctors but I really was at ease and calm with Sarah. Yes, I would just like to say I enjoy coming to Dr. Berger's office. Everyone is very respectful and there is nothing that I can say that needs changing. And I really, really adore my nurse practitioner, Sarah Taylor. She's very good and kind and takes her time with me. I just want to say keep up the good work. The office is excellent from the front end to the back end. Just thank you so much.

I was very pleased with my appt. This was a follow up appointment. We discussed everything we talked about in my previous appointment and my results. I had no wait time.

Don't appreciate the 10 minute early arrival time. The office can refuse to see you if your not there on that time. And, this happened to me. Meanwhile, a patient can wait to see provider over 20 minutes or more.

I appreciate her help as I couldn't get an immediate appointment with my usual provider and my situation needed attention. The front secretary was a great help in finding an appointment for me

The front office staff was rude and not nice -people in the waiting room were commenting how nasty she was to us.

MY EXPE RIENCE WAS VERY GOOD

I was very pleased. I had some issues with getting to my initial appointment this morning, that morning on that day, and the receptionist had indicated I had to reschedule. There was no grace period. I feel as though that if there is an issue where you cannot be on time, then maybe a charge should be assessed where an appointment can still be given, but they were able to reschedule me on that same day, which was fine, and I was sufficient with that. Sarah, the nurse practitioner that I saw on that day, I was very pleased with her. She was very nice, polite, and understood all my records, my medical records. Thank you.

I was 2 mins late for my appt and I was cancelled after attempting to call and wait on hold and sent a message in the portal about the traffic mess I was in that made me late and they didn't seem to care however they did let me come in later and then I had to wait 30 mins for that appt. Just not ok I get cancelled after being 2 mins late but its ok for me to wait 30 mins for my appt

I'd like to thank the lady at the front desk. I was dealing with shortness of breath so she allowed me to sit and came out and got my license and insurance card. Then returned them to me. A very nice gesture.
