Ms. Sarah Taylor is a very fine, lovely doctor. All the questions that I answered was really a 10. She treated me with the utmost respect. All the staff in the doctor's office did too. All appointments was on time, accurately done. I want to take her and keep her as long as I can. She requires very good attention from me. She took care of everything and all my needs. Staff at the cardiac Cath unit were amazing My docs were also amazing Such a joy and relief to be in such caring and competent care Wow did not expect it and pleasantly surprised My last experience at Sinai as in patient was horrible except for my main doc and one nurse The young doctor on the unit back then was arrogant and demeaning The nurses were covid scared It was during Covid The staff on the cardiac catherization unit I just experienced was top notch and a pleasure ????????

Nurse Sarah Taylor is a likeable wonderful provider and an exceptional person. I'm elated to use her services along with the office staff.

I have a history with this doctor, and he continues to provide good information, care options, and professionalism.

I've been trying to reach Sarah Taylor about my test results and the treatment she prescribed. I've left 2 follow up phone messages and not gotten a return call. There has been no responses to my urgent questions.

Since this was the first time I saw Sarah Taylor, she was very efficient with my issues. I am glad I was able to get an appointment with her as soon as possible.

I am concerned that the medications listed on the report that I received were not accurate. If some were used in the past but need to remain on file, it might say "discontinued on xx/xx/xxxx." If I wind up in a hospital/ ER I would expect them to get up-to-date meds. The lab would be the ones to tell me when the test results would be ready, rather than the treater.

Yes, I would just like to say I enjoy coming to Dr. Berger's office. Everyone is very respectful and there is nothing that I can say that needs changing. And I really, really adore my nurse practitioner, Sarah Taylor. She's very good and kind and takes her time with me. I just want to say keep up the good work. I was very pleased with my appt. This was a follow up appointment. We discussed everything we talked about in my previous appointment and my results. I had no wait time.

Don't appreciate the 10 minute early arrival time. The office can refuse to see you if your not there on that time. And, this happened to me. Meanwhile, a patient can wait to see provider over 20 minutes or more.

I appreciate her help as I couldn't get an immediate appointment with my usual provider and my situation needed attention. The front secretary was a great help in finding an appointment for me

The front office staff was rude and not nice -people in the waiting room were commenting how nasty she was to us.

MY EXPE RIENCE WAS VERY GOOD

I was very pleased. I had some issues with getting to my initial appointment this morning, that morning on that day, and the receptionist had indicated I had to reschedule. There was no grace period. I feel as though that if there is an issue where you cannot be on time, then maybe a charge should be assessed where an appointment can still be given, but they were able to reschedule me on that same day, which was fine, and I was sufficient with that. Sarah, the nurse practitioner that I saw on that day, I was very pleased with her. She was very nice, polite, and understood all my records, my medical records. Thank you.

Sarah Taylor is very precise about my health care and very knowledgeable about all possible approaches to continued well being.
