Dr Frattali has been our family doctor for 22 years now. She is consistently kind and open and has been both a wonderful pediatrician and PCP for me.

Dr Frattali is a great doctor. She takes the time to discuss all my concern with the medical challenges I am going thru. Even though I see several specialists Dr Frattali explains everything to me. I trust her judgement and seek her opinion before making any health care choices

Pleasant and efficient

My appointment was a televisit. It worked well for what I needed to talk to my doctor about.

The office has gone through some changes over the last month. The call center (not the office front desk) was easier to access to schedule an appointment. If the office wants us to sign in at with the associate facing the front door side of the building a posted sign would be helpful. It's unclear who to approach to let someone know arrival for appointment.

Dr Frattali is the best. She is knowledgeable, caring and attentive.

The check in process was confusing and caused a significant issue. Clear signage was not posted as to where to check in and the receptionist was downright rude when trying to check in because of the delay in getting to her. All the other staff were extremely nice and supportive. Please also ensure that patients are clearly told that arriving 10 minutes after the appointment will need to reschedule. I'm not sure where 10 minutes came from, but would recommend going to 15 minutes as a more reasonable time frame. Most of the time patients are waiting at least 15 minutes to see a physician anyway.

Front staff need improvement. I waited 10 minutes to check in at 8:15 in Am because clerk needed a Band-Aid. Not my problem, nor I care about their lives

Sarah reminds me of the president. He's doing a great job. Nobody recognizes it. She's doing a great job. And LifeBridge doesn't recognize it. So that's all I can say. Bye.

Overall, I am very pleased with this medical practice. Dr. Sarah Frattali is outstanding. My biggest challenge is scheduling an appointment. I'm not very good at online registration. The phone registration is often not up-to-date with the latest schedules. My most effective way is to actually go to the facility and literally schedule through the administrators at the desk.

Dr Frattali is always kind, listens to my concerns and recommends appropriate treatmwnt options. She is wonderful!

Dr Sarah Frattali is the only doctor there that I trust at Carroll Medical Group. She sees my mom my son and she used to see my grandfather. We all absolutely adore her. She always answers our questions and listens completely. She always makes me feel welcome coming in and never once have I been dissatisfied with seeing her. I always look forward to seeing her for my bloodwork every six months she puts my mind at ease. I will always recommend her when she sees new patients again!

I have always enjoyed going to Roberts Field, to Lifebridge. Dr. Frichelli is phenomenal and so are the staff. I have always felt very comfortable and secure when I am there. Thank you very much.

To try to get an appointment is terrible. I am not computer savvy and it was horrible. I used to be able to call them either. Ask her poem and leave a message. I used to leave a message for my provider all the time and now I have to find a way to go online get somebody to get me on there search for it and it's just ridiculous. I've been going to this place for almost 30 years.

The answering service that you are presently using for the Lightbridge Centers is the worst answering service I've ever used. They have no idea of when to schedule appointments, how to schedule appointments, or do them correctly. It took me almost a month to get an appointment, and I finally had to go online. I'd done an opening thing, but your answering service needs to go. They're terrible.

Please get rid of the centralized phone system and go back to allowing people to call the office directly. It added too much delay in being seen and didn't allow for a simple question to be answered by the doctor or staff which would have stopped a problem before it got bigger.

Just don't understand why you have taken the way you are allowed to schedule an appointment for this practice. I have talked to many patients with this practice that are looking into leaving Carrolll Medical group because of the difficulty in getting an appointment scheduled. I wish you would put it back the way it used to be. As they say if it ain't broke don't fix it.

I used to live near the office and now live far away, but still travel half an hour to see Dr. Frattali

I feel very comfortable with her. Numberless times she had help me with Specialists.

I'm 73yrs old and Dr. Sarah is the best Dr. I have ever had you should be happy to have her. I believe she recently saved my life and I'm very greatful for that. She is a wonderful doctor be thankful to have her i am.

Dr. Frattali is very friendly and concerned about my medical conditions. It is too bad you don't have more doctors as good as Doctor Frattalia good as her. We have friends who need a good doctor, unfortunately she has as many patients as she can handle.

Everyone in the office are pleasant and efficient. Although scheduling an appointment and waiting for a return call is difficult with the new system.

Made an appt before I had left the Dr's office 2 weeks ago. The central call service is totally ridiculous and clumsy. Not everyone is able to contend with the difficulty trying to navigate the clumsiness of it

Everyone was very friendly and I really liked Dr. Frattali. She was very clear in explaining everything and very pleasant and friendly.

With the phones going to a call center is not helpful at all. How would the call center know if the office is able to squeeze me in for a sick visit or not. Phone center is delaying refills and getting in with a Dr. when needed.

I was overwhelmed at my visit bc of a rough morning and left without my referral for my colonoscopy. Anyway, Dr. Frattali always listens and understands my concerns and helps at every appointment and I appreciate our Dr/Patient relationship.

When I called the phone number associated with this practice, I got a remote scheduler, not at the location where my physician is. The earliest they could schedule me through that system was three weeks from the call. I physically went to the practice location and was scheduled in 2 days by onsite staff. Your auto schedule system sucks.

The provider was the best. However, you do way too many surveys, either by paper or phone. Believe me, if there was a problem, you would be notified. So please, no more surveys. Thank you.
