Sarah McQuide, PsyD

Sarah McQuide, Psy.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist and a Health Psychology specialist within the Division of Adult and Pediatric Medical Psychology.  Dr. McQuide earned a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver Graduate School of Professional Psychology.  She completed an internship at the VA Medical Center in Denver, Colorado and a postdoctoral fellowship, with an emphasis in geropsychology, at the Pittsburgh VA Healthcare System. Dr. McQuide provides cognitive behavioral interventions for patients with neurologic disorders and caregiver support for their family members. Working with individuals as well as with groups, she conducts behavioral treatment for chronic pain and psycho-educational programs to facilitate health-related behaviors.  She also offers a clinical training externship for doctoral psychology students. Dr. McQuide is a member of the American Psychological Association, Division 38 (Health Psychology) and Maryland Psychological Association.
