Everyone in this office always makes me feel welcomed and relaxed from time in to time out.

I love my endocrinologist; she's attentive, and I apologize because I don't speak English, and sometimes we have trouble communicating, and I know that sometimes she gets stressed.

This was a new doctor for me and I liked her so much! It is sad that she is leaving the practice, but I will move onto another doctor in the practice when she leaves.

Dr Goud is always kind, thorough and takes her time. She never seems rushed and answers all of my questions thoughtfully. She is extremely knowledgeable about my rather unique medical concerns. I always leave feeling reassured.

Dr Goud and her office have always been wonderful since I had my first appt a year ago. I am a nurse and routinely feel let down or like office staff doesn't care when I go to other places. My visits at this office are my most pleasant and efficient! Thank you!

The provider didn't listen to my questions and she spoke right over them. She absolutely refused to talk about anything but osteoporosis with me. And all she really did was talk about my medication options and tell me what the dangers were from the three. Didn't tell me how necessary one was over the other. She really didn't provide me with any information that I considered overwhelmingly useful. That's it.

While Dr. Goud is very professional and polite, I do not feel as though there is a connection, and I miss that.

Everyone has been healthful and pleasant

I really like the receiver nurse who sees you before the doctor does. Then the doctor is excellent always thorough and helpful to me in managing my diabetes!!

I'm 93, go to a lot of doctor's offices. This is one of the very best, I mean the best I have ever been in. It runs well from the girls at the front desk to the doctors. I just can't say anything more except they are actually, they're a 10 plus. Thank you.

This provider's office has been amazing since my very first appointment with them. They are always welcoming, friendly, efficient, but they are also extremely responsive when there is a crisis or concern issue. And I had one at my last appointment and I really do appreciate how they were very good about making sure I was okay and taking care of me in addition to this. providing excellent care and the service that I was originally there for. So wonderful providers. And all the staff as well, Dr. Goud as well as all the staff.

Dr Goud & Tasha Are great Not that anyone wants to come to the doctor but I look forward to my appointment as both are Great and take the time to explain and explore options Tasha has an amazing personality that can make a grumpy person smile but mostly as the fist person you see she makes you feel comfortable and at ease I believe her name is Sue the lady with blonde hair @ reception She too is GREAT I always look forward to seeing her and a few casual words as she checks me in

This Dr listens and offers solutions. I like her. She makes me feel cared for.

Not very encouraging or complementary of my weight loss or my A1c decreasing by 2. I know its not much, but every bit of encouragement helps me feel like I'm on the right track and might motivate me to try harder. She didnt even comment on my weight loss. I had to ask her about my weight. Maybe she is jaded by all of the people that are obese and don't care whether they have DM. I do care, and when I mentioned the her bedside manner to my PCP, he told me how well I'm doing.

There for endocrine issues related to thyroid. Dr. Goud does not do a hands on assessment. She carries her laptop into the exam room and carries her laptop out. Why am I paying a specialist copayment??

I felt like I was judged instead of being a supportive physician. My labs were incredible and she was looking at the last ones and not most recent. She was going to put me on statins when my blood results showed all normal levels. The only thing she was worried about was my weight, not the progression of what I've done so far on Mounjaro. She never checked my thyroid, which I would think is standard with my condition. I left no very happy, however the nurse and front office staff our top notch.

Dr. Goud is exceptional. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Had a different provider from this group previously. Prior MD spent time going over multiple options, providing extensive education, discussing what my goals were and how to achieve them. This provider is new to the group, Professional, very personable, but did little education, or attempt to find out my history. Since she is new, this will probably be an isolated occurrence. Once she gets in the rhythm of the new position and how this group operates.

Good visit. Liked the Dr.She cares.Not a lot of that out there.

Dr. GOUD'S office and all the staff i work with within her office are OUTSTANDING! THEY ARE A TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS who treat EVERYONE with respect and compassion! ALl the staff go ABOVE & BEYOND! They take care of my needs & questions as patients as if I was a close family member! I NEVER feel as a bother when needing to contact them about medicine issues, appt changes, of another Dr. telling me it's my thyroid (THEY RESPOND QUICKLY to ALL MY CONCERNS & give me my results as soon as they get them! When I was in the office for this appointment I felt like I was rushed. The provider stated that she did not know why my blood work numbers are fluctuating and then chuckled. I have found a new provider and will not return to this provider.

Dr Goud was on top of my issues and gave me time that I needed to ask questions. The more visits I have with her the more comfortable I feel, especially when new issues arise.

I am most curious on how different foods process differently but the endocrinologist had no response or input. I did not feel like it was a good exchange of important information. I felt like I was just a number in a procession of people in the door.

I was very pleased with this provider. I felt they treated me as a whole person and not just why I walked in the door.

Understanding Dr. Goud's accent was a little difficult at times, but when I asked her to repeat she made sure I understood her.

I am a {patient information redacted to protect privacy} nurse and would like to share that Dr Goud was the most thorough, professional and kind doctor I have ever had. She provided a lot of information that was new to me and I didn't feel like just a number or rushed. This group will be my providers forever if they continue to provide even close to the care I received this week.

I waited 9 months for an appointment but Dr Goud and her staff were terrific.

dr goud is wonderful. she always is on top of all my tests that i have recently had to be able to discuss. she explains everything for me to understand and welcome my many questions. she is never in a hurry to get to the next patient.

Disappointingly, I spent about 20 minutes completing the online pre-appointment check in only to have the front desk say that they couldn't really use it after all. The doctor is very factual and direct, and the lack of encouraging and positive comments falls short of what would make for an ideal provider.
