Hard to get appointments back to back on line. Had to go to the office and then it was changed by the office later. Had to return a week later. Too many unknowns by front staff.

The part I did not like was the 15 minute wait on phone to get connected to them from that crazy switchboard

I was not clear about wanting my meds ordered thru mail order and they were sent to local pharmacy. I need to clarify this at next appointment.

My wife and I were both feeling bad and we called to see if we could get in to see the doctor. They not only got us an appointment, but at a time that worked for us. We are very appreciative.

My Medicare yearly check up was as it's supposed to be only I had a question about an injury that happened a few weeks before my appointment it was answered but they have a sign up in the exam room explaining how billing works for the office so I'm not sure because of my small question will I get a bill for other services? Not sure

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE work on keeping this provider!!! Don't push him out by not paying enough, overworking him, etc etc etc!!!! He is an excellent doctor who deserves to be treated well. This is the third provider I have had in less than 2 years. If he leaves, I am leaving LifeBridge altogether!

My doctor's office is great. The way appointments are handled right now over the phone was the worst experience I've ever had. I waited over 20 minutes from start to finish just to be told that someone from the doctors office would contact me to make the appointment. The call center for life Bridge is an absolute waste of time And I would much rather talk to someone in the office rather than a soulless call Center person who had trouble understanding what I was saying and didn't even know what the schedule of my doctor was. Please get rid of this call center and let people from the office who actually know the doctors availability make the appointments. I was ready to find a completely new doctor outside of the life bridge family just because of this the other day. I was incredibly frustrated.

Every thing was done in a professional way, and my questions were given consideration.

I would not recommend this practice because of the way LifeBridge has managed to mess up communications with the staff. The voice mail options are so much worse than they were. I put prescription orders through the portal as requested and the provider has not received them yet. Sean Smithson is an excellent provider, very knowledgeable and sensitive to my issues. The office staff is also wonderful. Life Bridge is managing to completely destroy a practice that has been operating effectively for many years. Fix it or I will find another medical group to attend to my needs.

He was professional, explained well and was relentless for making sure I got a specialist with in 24 hours. Special arrangements were made and confirmed with the specialist. He worked efficiently with the office staff to make this happen.

I just love that Sean always seems to remember me from visit to visit & seems to genuinely care about me & my health even suggesting things I can do between visits to improve my health.

Sean is the third CRNP we have seen in this practice. The first two have left the practice. I was satisfied with the first two but after seeing Sean I was really impressed. He is a caring and thorough practitioner. I would love to continue seeing him! Of the three he is the best.

Good experience

I had previously scheduled an appt online and it was cancelled and nobody told me..I was finally able to get through to the call center after trying to call for 3 days straight to see if I needed to get bloodwork prior.Thats when I found out it was cancelled...Not being able to call the office and going through the call center is absolutely horrible..

Was happy to get a quick emergency appointment.

Dr. Sean was very helpful he sent my prescription to CVS immediately and I was able to have it in an hour. I had a virtual appointment and scheduled a follow-up. I was hoping to stop bronchitis from turning into pneumonia and a hospital visit.

Dr. Sean is a very good doctor. His staff is very nice. They treat me very well every time I go there. And I am very pleased at the service I get while I'm there. And they call me on a regular basis when I need my test results and all. And my prescriptions refilled. They're very good doctors and a very good service.

I needed an immediate visit with my Primary Doctor and though one was not available, staff found a solution to get me an appointment within my timeline.

Very nice to talk and discuss my health care with, HE really listens to what you say and let's you get answers for any questions that you may have about your health. Would not go to any one else, HE IS A KEEPER!!!!!!

I am happy Sean has a strong background in health and nutrition, plus the medical knowledge to help me with creating a nutritional plan for management of my obesity diagnosis. For the first time in the past 5 years, I feel optimistic about reducing my weight.

People in the office were very nice

This was my first time meeting Sean. He was very caring and a great listener. He answered all my questions and even took the time to lance a cyst I had under my arm and call in a prescription for an antibiotic. I know as a retired nurse, you are given a certain amount of time with a patient but I did not feel rushed at all with Sean during my wellness check up.

Very responsive to my respective condition with an immiadiate solution that gave very quick relief. (I was covered with a blistering / running Poison Ivy rash Just a couple hours before noticeable relief.)
