I wish that someone could have informed people in the waiting room about the delay in seeing the doctors, especially since the patients were elderly. There was a 1.5 hr delay. Dr. Semere was very kind to Mom and he did a great job explaining why she was having issues. Much appreciate his professionalism and knowledge.

Sam was helpful and took the time to examine my shoulder/bicep. He asked lots of questions to get a clear understanding of my problem as well as my struggle with not being able to be as active as I prefer.

Ortho checkup with Semere went great. Highly recommend, the staff here were welcoming and respectful. All information as far as my medical records were obtained. 10/10

I didn't make my own appointment, it was made by the rehab facility. Sinai is too far from where I live, I would not generally go there.
