Dr. Narasimhan and her receptionist are a dynamic duo. Dr Narasimhan is knowledgeable, and a compassionate physician. She is also a good listener. Dr. Narasimhan not only cares about my physical problems, she also cares about my overall well being. I consider her to be a holistic practitioner.

Difficult to schedule appointments usually 3 month waiting period for some patients. New location. Some online registration check in was not working 100% at the time of the appointment.

Dr. N and her team are very engaged with patients and clearly care. I also trust Dr. N with my health and it's very difficult for me to that with most providers.

I was a somewhat nervous & apprehensive about what my test results might show but the doctor put me at ease as soon as she came in the room. She let me know right from the start that I was fine and then she proceeded to explain everything to me. Prior to my visit she had reviewed all of results from my previous test to my most recent results and I really appreciated her diligence.

Dr. N is always terrific to partner with for my Healthcare. She combines solid guidance with empathy and respect, and hears and responds appropriately to my concerns. I wish all of my medical professionals were more like her.

She always worked together with me to come up with a solution to provide best practices. I want to say that Dr. Narasimhan is one of the best doctors that I have ever seen, if not the best. She was amazing. She was above and beyond. She was beyond our wildest expectations. The other thing I want to say is getting an appointment in your office was a nightmare. A person has to be extremely person. I called probably three weeks I called probably three weeks in a row and I just, the answering service was horrible. And I mean, they were polite. They were always like, we'll have somebody get back to you to make an appointment, but nobody ever did that. So I would call the next week and I would, they would say, we'll get back to you to make an appointment, but nobody ever did that. Then that happened for like four weeks in a row until I finally got an appointment. If I wasn't persistent, I never would have, I never would have ?

Dr Narasimhan is on top of my medical condition. And, she is always looking for ways to get me even better. I'm lucky to be her patient.

Love Dr Narasimhan. She is very knowledgeable and willing to have open dialogue about my condition. Only issue I've ever had is trying to reach her office by phone, not getting prompt call backs, and real difficulty getting scheduled. Unfortunately those are issues that can cause a patient to consider changing care to another provider.

She is very knowledgeable about diabetes and treatments, she explains everything well, she listens attentively, she is conscientious and she treats her patients in a highly professional and respectful but also in a welcoming and upbeat manner. Her staff follows her lead and thus they are always courteous, diligent and helpful. I give her my highest recommendation. Lifebridge is fortunate to have Dr. Narasimhan in its system.

The office was difficult to find, and the elevator was broken for parking. I had to walk a bunch of steps and it was very frustrating but I love the provider. I hope they can work out all the kinks.

Endocrinologists are hard to see since they are so busy and don't get paid enough for their work. I knew this going in and I was able to talk to her even though she was moving to a new office. I know how much stress she was under yet she took the time to talk to me.

My Mom & myself are very glad that we received a referral from Dr. Mavanur. Doctor is very knowledgeable & explained her thyroid issues in a simplified manner. Also, simplified her thyroid medication dosage. Wish we would have contacted your practice sooner
