I had to wait a while in the waiting room. Shoshana was very polite, kind, helpful, respectful, answered my questions, and ordered the tests and referrals I need. I felt heard and cared for. There was a problem when I tried to make the appointment online; for some reason, the online booking did not correlate to the actual schedule, so weeks after, I got a call that I needed to reschedule the appointment which was annoying.

I like coming to this office.

Shoshana Yudkowsky is a kind, competent medical provider. I feel confident in the treatment that she recommended and f/u on the portal.

Hi there. In general, I had a very positive experience with Shoshana Yukowski. I actually decided to switch to her because I liked her so much. My one critique is actually the secretarial staff in terms of answering the phone. I find that it is very complicated to get in touch with them to change appointments or make appointments and that you end up being on hold for a very, very long time. And so I would change that. Thank you.

Front desk registration was intent on canceling my appointment. Very rude and inconsiderate. Argued with me and insisted i need to cancel because they didnt have my insurance (They did, actually). I am considering moving from the practice since this person was so mean spirited and has acted this way to me in the past as well.

When my blood pressure was taken, it was slightly, it was high. It was retaken and it went down. She wrote down the high number and not the second number. That looked bad on my chart. She posed it right down because she wasn't the person taking it the second time. A lot of people, when they come to the doctor's office, they always panic alluded for. So, thank you.

I am fine with experience, but need a constant provider and not changing.

I truly enjoyed my visit with my provider She was very knowledgeable about my conditions,she didn't rush me through and she was very friendly.

Yes, the doctor was very, had a lot of information and encouraged me to go and check different things that I didn't really know about and I really appreciate that. And then even those, even some of the other employees, they made the appointments for me and I really appreciate all that. When I first answered the phone, I pressed one by mistake. So that first question or whatever was one, I did that incorrectly. So I was pleased with the visit. Although I had a great experience overall, and the provider and office staff were very friendly and professional, I feel that an in-person visit would have been more appropriate given my symptoms. During the televisit, the provider was unable to listen to my heart and lungs or assess the breath sounds and rattling in my chest. I understand the concern that I may have been contagious; however, if a COVID or flu test had been warranted, it could not have been performed via a virtual visit. Nevertheless, Shoshana was pleasant and appeared very knowledgeable about my condition. Shoshana was also sure to send me a message this morning making me aware of the results of my chest x-ray. Very on point with my care. She knew all of my issues from my previous hospital visits and we did Zoom and it was amazing.

I was there for a yearly physical and the only thing she checked was she listened to heart and looked in ears and eyes

I was told I'd get a call with my lab results. That hasn't happened!!! When I asked the receptionist to email me my labs. That hasn't happened either!!! When I went to my portal, it was completely empty. Do you think something's wrong here???

It was a very positive experience. I was able to get to the Tele appointment very quickly and all my issues were addressed.

Everything was fine except the online sign in/registration didn't work. This had been an ongoing issue.
