My provider is very attentive,courteous, professional and she makes sure I get all the care I need for my health!

I would appreciate it if the nurse wouldn't rush to weigh and take vitals. My body need to calm down a minute before taking my BP readings. It's always on an incline from walking from waiting area to the scale , then getting a reading. Can a person get BP done after sitting a moment? That's all.

This does not relate directly to this appointment. Had a hard time trying to get an appointment even though my original appointment was canceled because of the death of my spouse on that day. I eventually had to go to Patient First. As a result I was given an appointment.

I don't think for my ailment that I was having, I was given proper medication timeframe with my history and weight, et cetera. I think I was given whatever the standard is. And because I have a history of this particular ailment, I think I'm gonna either end up going back or calling again because I just wasn't given enough medication to ensure that I'm over the ailment that I had. So that's one, that was one of the main things I didn't like. But since I'm not a doctor, I can't really say, oh, well, can you give me 10 days instead of seven or something like that? Because, you know, in the past, you know, I had to lean to the provider's expertise. And that's the one thing I didn't like, because it inconvenienced

It is interesting to observe that there were mostly woman running this clinic. They were all great.

Dr. Karki is very attentive. She paid attention to what I had to say, listened to what I had to say. She gave me wonderful feedback. She's a very good doctor. I appreciate her. Appreciate her services.

I had a notes of relevant issues and background (history) that pertained to my health, and which I felt/feel would provide my provider with a better undertsanding of my present health needs/condition: a list I was unable to share do to time constraints, even though I was only with the provider for less than an hour. This is very disconcerting because this information is I'm sure is not part of my currently-documented history because at the time of the occurrence I was not seeing a provider of health- maintenance. This information is relevant to Stroke history and should be recorded and factored. My NP is a good one but the obvious and conspicuous pressure applied to hurry me out of my session caused me to depart without sharing my newly-remember history. This pressure seems to be a national trend. (Shame)

My experience with the blood work unit is always time consuming and horrible. This day I couldn't receive services and went to the outside office.

The 1st receptionist I encountered was not as pleasant as the others. Glad I completely registered so I didn't have to register with her. The other front office staff was pleasant. The 1st one never spoke.

Dr Karki is very easy to talk to, explains anything you find questionable. I enjoy working with her and will continue to do so.

I definitely appreciate the professionalism and care that I receive whenever I have an appointment with Dr Shusma.

I was never able to make my appointment by calling the number I normally call. I was placed on hold for long periods and was told I would be called back based on my place in line. I was never called back. The charge has been for the worst.
