Well, he explained it to me about my situation that I told him, but he was very frank and honest and, you know, explained a lot of stuff to me, which I appreciate very much. It was good.

The receptionist was very kind and the doctor was very friendly and kind and I like that he attended to me. So I can recommend anyone to him. I have no complaints but just thank everyone for their kindness to me.

I came in for a rash, and before the doctor even looked at my rash or investigated/checked it on my body, within the first minute she just stated "let's get you to the dermatologist." Seemingly uninterested in treating me, just wanted to send me to someone else without acknowledging that I came to a doctor to look at it. She finally looked at it for 15-20 seconds as she was checking my breathing in her last steps before leaving the room to get a referral. If all I was coming for was a rash and you were going to refer me to someone else, I could have saved my copay and just found a dermatologist myself. Instead, I took off work and paid someone to look at my chart and decide not to treat me, but dismiss me and pawn me off. Next time, I won't go to a primary care doctor, I'll just self-diagnose and find my own specialist. I'll be leaving lifebridge after this and finding a primary care doctor of my own outside the network.
