Dr. Hemm is incredibly caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, practical, and treats our child with a great deal of respect and as a human being and not a kid who doesn't deserve to be heard or to understood or to understand the plan. She's incredibly reliable and responds in a timely manner whenever we have an issue and is always compassionate even when it seems sort of mundane to her, I'm sure.
