Poor service the worst i have ever experienced

The doctor that I saw on my visit was very personable. He asked me very important questions. He really was very professional. And I definitely will give the whole staff, everybody was professional. They were on time. And I was really, that's why I've been coming there a long time. Excellent service. Thank you.

My experience was very good. Appointment was at 1:00 & I was going out the door by 1:30. Couldn't have gotten any better than that.

From the medical receptionist, medical assistant lab technician ,and Doctor Sharps. Everyone was polite and made my visit very smooth.

I was not explained anything about the MRI that was sent to the Provider.

This was the first time I was seen by this provider. She did not have my complete file, but was able to go over the information she was able to gather. I made a mistake and scheduled at the wrong office.

Saw 2 docs. First one was great. Second one needs to word on bedside manner.

Professional

Dr. Sharps is not my husband's primary care doctor but he needed a follow up appointment from urgent care. She was very professional, spoke to both my husband and myself. My husband has Alzheimer's disease and it's important to speak to him even though he may not remember.

Provider ensured that I had all resources for any additional specialist and phone number, gave additional ways to reach her via emails and update prescriptions, lab collection was centralized in office which is a plus.

The doctor herself is great. The phone line and ability to get an appointment is what is the problem in this office.

Everyone was considerate, helpful and respectful.

Quicker than I expected

Nothing else. Just make sure a person is called within at lease a half an hour after their appointment. NO LATER

I am glad my pcp is now there 2 days instead of 1 day a week.
