Although Dr Bell is a busy surgeon , he made sure that when you needed his help he is available anytime. Answers all your questions and explains well about your condition.

The doctor listened when when I told him about the constant pain in my leg he gave me an injection that really helped because the pain was excurating most of the time someone did finally refer me to nerve specialist which I wanted when it first started but thanks to the doctor for helping me get some ease from the pain .

They treated me with the utmost respect and yes I would definitely recommend Dr Bell as an upstanding surgeon ?

I did not see Dr. Bell that frequently after he did the surgery and the last time I went and the surgery or the work had failed and I need to schedule a new surgery to take care of whatever the problem is, I really didn't get any explanation from Dr. Bell, which I would have loved to have him explain to me what happened, whether it was something that I did or why did it not hold up. Thank you.

I am extremely grateful to a member of the Hospital Security Staff. (I wish I knew his name). Upon leaving, I wasn't able to get my Mom into the car. He helped my Mom get into the car and was extremely courteous. The Security Desk outside of Dr. Bell's office might know who was dispatched. I cannot speak highly enough of the help this security guard gave. I have a highly favorable view of Sinai because of this guard's help. I would be happy to write a letter of recommendation for this Guard. All the best!

I was very nervous but Dr. Bell always have had wonderful stall and I just love his bedside manner and in person. When he said sorry for lateness which was expected before he was in the OR what he said to much was so touching. He looked and me and said they took care of you and now I'm here to take care of you. I was trying to explain what was going on with me too Mr Bell but instead of him being concerned or considerate I was confused i didn't like how I felt when I left I was very disappointed in him as a doctor but I seen him and another doctor I forgot his name but he was wonderful and very considerate and concerned about me

I was seen on time in a timely manner, but sometimes the doctor brings in an assistant or new training doctor and they do not let you know and it catches me off guard. And I do not like that. And I just would appreciate, I didn't get a chance to say it to the doctor because I was getting injections, but I would really appreciate if they were asked for my permission before they bring in anybody in my room without me knowing.

Dr. Bell is the best Ortho doctor in Md.

I was very disappointed because I did not see the doctor at all. I did see the PA, who was very good, provided a lot of information, but again, very disappointed that the doctor himself did not take the time to see me.

The doctor hadn't seen me in over six months, and he did not see me. I was not told that he wasn't in. He just didn't come in. It was his assistant, and I was not satisfied at all with the results of my visit. As a matter of fact, I haven't been satisfied with the results of my visit from Dr. Bell. in a long time. I'm disappointed with the work that he did on my knee replacement. And he's a very sarcastic doctor, always had a smart mouth or something sarcastic to say. I would never recommend anybody to see him.

The Doctor is Great

My appointment was changed last minute this was not the original doctor I wanted to see. I don't tend to have a good appointment with that provider and never feel valued as a patient. Who wants to feel that way.

Appt was 10;30. Arrived at 10 and did paperwork. Wait times between the various processes was excessive. The appt. Was over around 1PM.

Writing on behalf of my mother. . . 1. One of the receptionists, the one near the middle corner, began talking with me when I was barely in her peripheral vision--she wasn't looking in our direction but at her computer--as I was just re-entering the waiting room with my wheelchaired mom and without getting my attention. I did not know she was talking with me, and I had to ask. 2. Our appointment ended soon before both receptionists left. Both were gone at about 3:40 pm. My mom and I sat alone in the waiting room, waiting for our SmartTrans pick-up. The driver could not immediately locate us--he had come to the same door as when delivering us to the appointment, but he found this door locked now. He phoned. I went outside to spot him. Unfortunately, when I went to return to the waiting room, the door was both shut and locked. I rapped hard on it, but felt some distress recognizing that only my immobile mother was in the waiting room. It would have been nice to know about the door (the one that leads to a small lobby, which in turn leads to the alleyway between Morrow Bldg and its neighbor) from one of the receptionists.

I came to the visit, very nervous and un trusting!! But once the doctor came in with a warm face, a beautiful bedside manner, I started to feel at ease. He took the time to explain what my issue was and how he could help. It turned out to be a very pleasant experience. I hope he keeps his manner about himself. It's definitely a plus for patients that come in like me!!!!!

Dr Bell was honest and respectful. He LISTENED and heard my frustration with my journey in finding physicians. Had he not followed through with what I spoke to him I might not have gotten to the next step.
