Dr. Makadia is a super doctor!

I didn't care for the attitude towards the tech that we had. It had to do with my paperwork and paperwork had my information on it and she wanted to hold it and did not want us to look at it because she was taking our blood pressure. She thought it would raise it. But I just thought that this is my personal business, my personal information and if I wanted to look at it at that particular time, I should have been able to. She didn't have a right to take it out of my hand or my family members' hands, I thought.

I have had trouble in the past getting a diagnosis for my symptoms, and Dr. Makadia was receptive, not dismissive, and gave the appropriate diagnosis without giving me a hard time. Communication in the office is a bit challenging, as messages are coming to my parents instead of to me (I saw Lifebridge providers as a child, but am now an adult) and questions about my medications and history were repeated by the medical assistant and resident instead of communicated within the office. All in all, I am very pleased with the office and especially with Dr. Makadia.

Always prompt, efficient service and keeps me very well informed.

Very happy with the experience

This was my first visit and I was very pleased with the registration process and the knowledge and caring about my visit that Dr. Makadia showed me during my visit. He knew about my history and he answered all my questions so that I understood.

I always feel welcome when I visit. He shows honest concern and welcomes questions.

My appointment was for a cardiac test, with very little interaction with anyone other than the technician.

Received the results of my tests the next day. She called me on Friday to give me my results so I would not worry and so I have a good weekend. Love the office the staff and Dr Gurbel All wonderful.

I appreciate that the office was not crowded with people and it was very quiet and comfortable.

I had a stress test and I was nervous about it prior to my appointment. The staff helped me to relax prior to the test and after by providing information that was necessary for me to understand the test and subsequent results.

I only had an echo, so my responses regarding my medical history and treatment reflect that these questions were not applicable.

The doctor and the MA and 2 of the 3 front office staff treated me well. One did not, the blonde is mean, nasty and appeared to be angry and uncaring about the completely ridiculous way of this office communicating with my pcp. She's rarely, if ever has been nice to me. She would never be someone I would hire in my office to deal with clients. This is not the 1st time. Negativity, religion and politics should never be known or discussed. It's very clear what team she is on and clearly it's the wrong one. If I never had to see her again that would be fine with me.
