Dr Makadia and his staff are second to none. They are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Dr Makadia is one of the best cardiologist at Lifebridge. His staff is outstanding and always go out of their way to see that everybody has the help that they need. My family and I are very happy and pleased with Dr Makadia and his staff. Please stop using "provider" to refer to physicians. I saw a physician! He was excellent and a non-physician providers are not equivalent. Stop conflating them.

Dr. Makadia is a wonderful cardiologist. He is so knowledgeable and very easy to discuss my concerns with. He has awesome communication skills and is very compassionate. I always feel better after seeing him. In addition everyone at the reception desk and other medical personnel in his office are very helpful and friendly.

Very friendly staff and doctor

For me one of the most important issues is that the doctor runs REASONABLY on time. I hate when doctors keep me waiting more than about twenty minutes. I make a huge effort to be on time and I expect that courtesy in return. Of course emergencies can occur but if a doctor is going to be more than twenty minutes late a text message or call would be most helpful so I could adjust my own schedule.

The appts started late because the Sign Lang Interpeter was not present, We ended up writitng back and forth and summary of the visit and refered to portal for lenghtly chat.

I just wish that they would take Humana because my doctor to me is the best and I would love for my family members and loved ones to be treated by him.

Everyone in the Office treated me in a way that made me feel my health was their priority. They were both professional and personable. Of all the medical personnel I have encountered, they were the outstanding ones. Even though this was my second visit to Dr. Makadia, he made me feel like I've been his patient for years.

I was very nervous about having to do an Echo Test. No one wants to hear there may be an issue their heart. Thankfully, everyone put me at ease! Everything was explained to me and I felt comfortable with having the test completed for my surgery next week.

They need to modernize their way of receiving referrals from outside of Lifebridge It took several months to get to the point where we could schedule the appointment because of a broken fax machine.

I was running late for my appointment, so I called the doctor's office to inform them. They kindly advised me to come in anyway. My provider is exceptionally kind and truly one of the best.

I chose this provider because, in fact, I chose my insurance because of Dr. Makadia and how caring and concerned he is about my well-being. He cares about how much my medication costs. He explains everything in a slow way that, you know, allows me to understand what it is that he's doing and why he's doing what he's doing. I recommend him for anyone who is at any age, although I'm older, and he explains everything to you and takes time to explain it to your family so you all understand what is happening. He is a godsend to the medical field.

I didn't care for the attitude towards the tech that we had. It had to do with my paperwork and paperwork had my information on it and she wanted to hold it and did not want us to look at it because she was taking our blood pressure. She thought it would raise it. But I just thought that this is my personal business, my personal information and if I wanted to look at it at that particular time, I should have been able to. She didn't have a right to take it out of my hand or my family members' hands, I thought.

I have had trouble in the past getting a diagnosis for my symptoms, and Dr. Makadia was receptive, not dismissive, and gave the appropriate diagnosis without giving me a hard time. Communication in the office is a bit challenging, as messages are coming to my parents instead of to me (I saw Lifebridge providers as a child, but am now an adult) and questions about my medications and history were repeated by the medical assistant and resident instead of communicated within the office. All in all, I am very pleased with the office and especially with Dr. Makadia.
