Dr gurung and the staff are fantastic

Dr Gurung is very knowledgeable about my health challenge and has been very considerate towards me when I mentioned that I experienced weight gain from the medication, he immediately looked at my test results to see if a modification could be made to my dosage. He is an excellent doctor who cares about his patients. His staff reflects his philosophy.

Although this provider's office is easy to contact, Carroll Health Group (Pika/Balu) is impossible to contact due to recent call center approach. Truly indicates Lifebridge's lack of patient consideration and service.

I don't totally understand the side effects of one medicine that was prescribed

I have been seeing Dr. Gurung for several years now. He is always helpful in providing insights into my BS readings and how to work to improve them.

Dr Gurung has always been very thorough. He always explain blood test results and any changes in the results from prior tests. He takes the time to talk to us, not at us, He doesn't rush through the appointment, always take the time to make sure we are comfortable with our treatment & meds.While still fairly new to Dr Gurung, we are very pleased with him. We had been with our former doctor for over 30 years when he decided to retire, so Dr Gurung had some big shoes to fill and seems to have done just that,

From the receptionist to see my Dr. was a pleasant experience. Nurses are polite and professional. Dr Gurung has helped me to understand my disease as well as how to control it. My diabetes A1C has decreased due to his patience, concern and professional information for me as an individual.

I thought their service was wonderful, seeing that they had no electricity and areas of the office were flooded.

To be clear, Advanced Radiology no longer schedules appointments for X-rays. I arrived at 3:55 PM and was seen for x-rays about 20 minutes later. I spent a total of 50 minutes at Advanced Radiology, not an inordinate amount of time. There was no need for the x-ray technician to know my medications, and before the x-rays, I completed a form in preparation for the procedure.

I like the way Dr. Gurung explains things out and how we have worked together to get my A1C down under 6 and to keep my diabetes in check

Appointment was at 11oclock. I waited in doctors examining room for 30 minutes before I saw doctor. Why do make appointments so closed together. My time is imported too.

Dr. Gurung is one of the best I've ever been with as far as my diabetes control. He has guided me over the last few years the best that anybody in this is profession. I really appreciate him and my health is so much better because of him. And I just wanna thank him for all that he does.
