Tahir Shaikh, MD

Since 2014, Dr. Shaikh has served as attending physician and staff gastroenterologist at Jean-Talon Hospital in Montreal, Canada. He also served as affiliated provider at Sacre-Coeur Hospital and Fleury Hospital. In addition, he was president and medical director of Gastro-Santé Clinic, providing outpatient consultation and endoscopy services.

Dr. Shaikh recently completed an advanced endoscopy fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern. Previously, he completed post-graduate training in gastroenterology at McGill University in Montreal and internal medicine at the University of Ottawa. He earned his Medicinae Doctorem et Chirurgiae Magistrum degree at the McGill University. He holds internal medicine board certification and is board-eligible in gastroenterology.
